Will Amp work with a passive subwoofer on the RCA port?

I bought an in ground passive subwoofer and would like to connect it to my Amp. I ran 12 AWG wire from the sub to the Amp and then realized it was an RCA connector. Do I need to install anything between the RCA connector and the speaker wire? Or, do I just need to buy an RCA connector?

The Amp .LFE port requires connection to an ‘active’ Sub rather than ‘passive’ Sub…
