I’m unable to find upgrade section in my profile. Is it because my country setting is india?

Then I’d guess some sort of issue with the India accessible website. Probably best to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I wouldn’t think so.

Go to www.Sonos.com

Log in to your account by clicking on the third icon from the right, which is supposed to look like a torso and head.

Click on that same icon again after you’ve logged in (no idea why you do this twice)

You should get a banner that is headed with ‘My Account’, and include, in the list of items after ‘System’ the term ‘upgrade’.

What I don’t know is if this is contextual. It may be that you have no devices that are eligible for upgrade, so it isn’t showing. What devices from Sonos are registered to your account?

Thanks Bruce. Unfortunately, the only items i see under ‘My Account’ are Profile, Orders, System, Subscriptions, Beta, Community.

I have several devices (also shows under ‘system’), most of which are eligible for upgrades, but yet, there is no option as ‘upgrade’ anywhere in my account.
