Hi everyone,

I have five Sonos Era 100 and i have two quite important problems that are making me think about returning the products:

  • Random Alexa request sounds;
  • Randomly music playing in the middle of the night.

I live at home alone, I have no children or cats :)

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Those of us in the community have no access to the diagnostic data, save the very few forum moderators. They’ll respond when they can, though.
