I have 2 old Sonos Play 1 working i S1, in stereo mode, and I bought recently a Sonos Ray surround. How can I combine them in a single app ,S2 ?

The Play:1s are compatible with the S2 app. Just follow the instructions in this article to upgrade from S1 to S2:
