I was checking my Roam battery percentage and it was looking very nice after 2-3 hours of playing. But when checking at the top, it seemed the percentage shows a different value. Seems like a bug. Not sure if this is where I should report this but I could not find any “report bug” buttons.  

After about a year of having issues with my Arc and  my TV, I was finally able to get them to play nicely together today by following some advice on here. I unplugged power from both, and all HDMI inputs from my TV. Plugged the power back in on both, hooked up only the Arc via HDMI to the eARC port and all was great again. However, as soon as I plug my Apple TV back in via HDMI, the TV and Arc no longer communicate. Sound is output, but volume control no longer works. The Apple TV and Sony Bravia integration seems to “break” as well as the TV will no longer turn on with the Apple TV. If I connect the Sonos I after the Apple TV, the TV loses the signal from the Apple TV immediately.  Anyone else run into this issue and found a way to fix it?

Hello Recently Apple Music is no longer supported with Google Assistant. But only through Sonos. It is still functional with Google. Someone this is why? Is it a bug? It's probably related to the conflict between Google and Sonos. Already YouTube Music was down for 2 weeks. Now it's Apple Music's turn.

I recenly purchased the Sonos 2 Amp and the Port. I have a house that is wired with speakers that are driven through a Insignia 200w receiver/amp combo. My goal was to connect my turntable to the amp and connect 2 speakers direclty to the amp to get the best sound quality. I also wanted to be able to stream the music playing on my turntable to my Insignia receiver/amp and have the option of playing the music throughout the house. The rep at my local stereo store recomended that I purchase the Amp, plug the turn table into the amp along with the 2 speakers and then purchase the Port and hook the Ports up to my receiver/amp using the AV ports on boat. I connected everything and have beautiful music playing throu the Amp however I am not able to get the music to stream from the Amp to the Port to the receiver/amp. I am beginning to wonder if this is even a possible scenario. I have both the Port and Amp showing on my Sonos App and I don’t see anything that woulf be in the way except the A

When I use the search function, I cannot access content from DR Lyd. I am asked to approve (“godkende”) access to the service again. Trying to do that immediately takes me to a message indicating that it has failed. It’s been like this for a while.See screenshots below.  

I am experiencing some issues changing streaming method.The issue appears on a system composed by Sonos One (LH) + Sonos One 2nd (RH) + Sub 2nd.Music service: Apple Music.Streaming with Sonos S2 app: no issue, good quality, good bassStreaming with Airplay2: volume is lower, bass are lower, sometimes LH or RH stop working when passing through next song (this happen mostly when streaming “lossless”, so I guess depends on internet connection)Streaming with Alexa: this is the bigger issue, playing starts with sub not working, so only stereo pair is playing but without bass. During playing, opening Sonos app, I see that removing sub (system → Sub audio → remove flag from “Sub”) the bass increase, because bass pass from Sub (not working) to Sonos One speakers. Somebody could help me solving Airplay and Alexa streaming issues?Thank you,Andrea

Has there been any update on this issue?I have 7x Sonos gen 1 speakers in my house and at the moment they are just expensive bits of plastic gathering dust. 

So today I ran into an odd issue with both my Move and Roam, when I go Hey google play XXXX on Pandora. It will respond playing XXXX on Pandora, then silence. Same thing happens when I say play XXXX on YouTube music. It will response playing XXXX on YouTube music and then silence.If I go into the app on my phone and select what to play, it will start playing on the speaker.Losing the ability to have music play via voice command just started in the last day or so. When asking the google assistant about weather and such, it will respond as expected. It seems to be just with playing music currently.I’ve tried rebooting the devices, no change. I removed google assistant from the Move and no difference. I’m not sure if this is stemming from a larger issue I’m having with Sonos and google assistant where when Pandora is playing I can’t use voice commands to like a song, again I need to go into the app to do this.

Hi, I posted this issue in the past but the problem is coming back:  Issue:After 24h (sometimes just a few hours) to 48 hours the SONOS speakers stops playing and impossible to reconnect to the speakers. When it stops playing the SONOS speakers still appear in my router devices’ list as still connected (as shown below) but SONOS Apps (iOS, Android or MacOS) do not “see” the speakers anymore. The only solution is to reboot the router or change the 2.4Ghz channel (which I believe reboots anyway the router). My systems (2 items):Sonos Connect:Amp (1st gen) connected via 2.4 Ghz (note: This is not 5Ghz compatible) Sonos Play:1 connected via 2.4 Ghz I forced both on 2.4Ghz as it seemed to have solved the issue in the past.  Both systems are updated. Router:TP-Link Archer AX10  Firmware updated I have a Mesh but even without it the problem occurs. To be safe I changed the Mesh’s SSID to force the speakers to always connect to the router’s 2.4 Ghz which has a unique SSID.  The router and sp

Is there a way to put the amp on standby mode, instead of leaving it on all the time or turning off the mains? The mains is hidden behind a cabinet near the floor and it’s a pain for me to bend down every time I want to turn it on or off. Thanks in advance!

I had a standalone router with no internet connection running my three Play 5's and a Bridge.This was down to how poor our internet speeds were with Sonos connected to our ISP router.Initial set up was awkward, but I got it to work somehow.But now my Bridge died, and Sonos S1 app won't detect speakers at all, neither will Airplay through Music app. What can I do to get back to that set up, and is there a guide how to set up standalone routers purely for Sonos use?Do I just have to buy a Bridge (2nd hand I'm guessing)? 

I’m looking to sell my Connect Amp and want to make sure it is compatible with S1 and S2 systems. I tried looking it up in my account and it doesn’t say. Thanks!

To hopefully fix my dropout situation (also have a turntable going into Sonos Connect and all the problems that go along with that), I would like to run ethernet cables under my floor so I can wire the Connect, a single Sinfonisk bookshelf speaker, a single Play:1 speaker, a stereo pair of Play:1s, and a stereo pair of Sinfonisk lamps. The trouble is, this would presumably require a total of four ethernet ports, and my router only has three available.  If I plug one of them into my modem (in router mode, of course), would that still work in the same way?

 I Have sonos one (x2) and a beam gen 1. can I add another one and will it improve the sound???

i have many sonos speakers in my home, in the living room i have a arc + 2x era300 + 2x sub(gen3). i would like to create a group for the era 300s and one of the subs for music only without effecting the use of the sourround set when driving from arc earc tv setup.  in other words i would like to occasionally just use era 300s and a sub when listen to music only.

I use airplay to connect my phone to my sonos. When using Pandora to stream music, I simply go into the menu in the Pandora app and select the speakers I want to connect with, and my speaker would play only what was on the Pandora app. Recently, within the last 6 months or so, Sonos has begun to stay connected, even when music is stopped/paused, and will play any audio that my phone is playing. For example, my wife is streaming music to our speaker and opens up instagram. Instead of hearing music, I hear whatever video she happens to be playing. This is very annoying - is there a way to go back to the way it was, and stop sonos from playing all audio from my phone? I imagine this could be an apple issue as well, but thought I would start here. Thanks for any help.

*Problem 1*So shop. It just disappeared so I have reset the Sonos system. I have put my email in. Then I try and add system. The Sonos comes up. It is a Sonos 1. 2 buttons on top (on/off & volume). I click connect. It then does the tuning. At the end it says about connecting it to what I assume is the internet. It asks for a password. I put the Internet password in and it fails and says use an Ethernet cable. *Problem 2 - AirBnB*We have 4 systems. I have connected one to my Sonos system. One is connected to a guests as they obviously must have done it first. One I haven’t tried and one which won’t connect at all but will on Bluetooth. How do I set this up? And then, once set up, how do people easily use this when they use the house. Baring in mind we could have 8 different sets of guest in a given month.  

Hello,I’ve tried to connect via Bluetooth my two (stereo-paired) Era 100 to a Samsung TV with no luck.I’ve followed these instructions: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/pair-sonos-era-100-with-bluetoothand in fact I can create a bluetooth connection with each one of the speakers, but none of these two connection reproduces the TV audio. Silence everywhere.Is this a bug or, doh, a (missing) feature?Would a line-in adapter connected to one of the Eras solve this issue, i.e. would the audio be stereo in that case?    

Hi,I’m trying to connect my Sonos devices to a Synology NAS. I am not great with technology and have underestimated the complexity of what I thought would be quite simple. I was using a Mac Mini as a server to host my music but thought a NAS was a more efficient way of hosting my music.When I try to add the NAS to Sonos I get the error ‘Your Computer refused to let Sonos connect to it’ I can use itunes server on the NAS and can mount the drive on my Mac with no issues so I’m not sure why Sonos doesn’t like it?The format I’m using to connect is \\ip address\MusicAny help would be greatly appreciated as I’ve spent hours trying to work this out!

Not sure how this happened, but since I installed the latest macOS Ventura 13.3 Update, my desktop app no longer works, doesn’t show anything at all. Strange, since the app on my phone works, but no desktop. Here is a screenshot, you’ll notice no system (I have 7 Sonos speakers): Super frustrating. 

Hi,  Last two nights Sonos has started up in the middle of the night.   Tonight, it started at exactly the time I switched my Bluetooth headphones off. Ive tested again, and the same happened.  I was listening on bose headphones, to Google podcast. Nothing to do with the Sonos app. As I close the headphones case, Sonos starts downstairs.  Can anyone help my sanity please? Diagnostic 1284306834

Hi,Due that Sonos don't want to give us the joy for a completely wireless speakers to be used as rear channels I have a question. What happens if I bond 2 era 100 to my arc only when I need them?When arc plays without detect rear channel it works the same as it would be in stand alone configuration or I have set up every time stand alone configuration?Rear speaker would dedicated only to this use but I can't leave them always in place and i don't want every time configure them as rear channels or stand alone.ThanksRenato 

I am trying to use the connect amp with my apple tv. After some reading I noticed this model doesn’t offer airplay. Would a bluetooth adapter work? Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks

Hello my Sonos arc within the last month started reading multi channel pcm instead of dolby digital 5.1.  The sound quality is not as vibrant as with dollby digital since day 1 of owning always read DD.  I have a Sony A80j arc sonos sub and 2 surrounds hooked up with sonos amp.  Not sure if an update has caused this problem or if its an apple tv problem but weird since it has always read DD.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have a set of Sonos ARC + Sonos Subwoofer + 2 x Era 300.All four are grouped into one room, and the Era 300s are used as spatial speakers. In this room, I also have a turntable with a preamplifier. If I connect the turntable to one of the Sonos Era 300s using a line-in adapter, will I be able to select the source for these connected speakers?
