I just added a Beam to our tv, we were listening to the TV via the amp and the hardwired ceiling speakers. Now the setup runs through the Beam and that works fine as I added the Amp speakers as surrounds. So far all is well with the tv sound. I would also like to play music and when I tried it it played through the Beam with no ceiling speaker sound which is not what I want. How do I play the amp speakers on their own without the Beam? I have looked through all the settings and can’t seem to find my way.

Hi I have a Beam gen 2 and a Era100 but the era keeps loosing connection with the beam , no cables involved. All in the same room.any ideas please wifi in the house is good .

My home theater isn’t holding a connection to the TV. My TV keeps defaulting to TV Speakers rather than HDMI/Receiver speakers. Beam work via Airplay but is not optimal at all.

We have had a Sonos Move in our living room for a few years, and find it responds pretty well to the Alexa wake word - sometimes we have to mute the TV or speak up a little, but it’s rare.We have recently bought an Arc, and inherited a couple of Ones to use as rear surrounds. The Arc is the same distance away from the sofa as the Move (4-5 metres), yet it really struggles to pick up the Alexa wake word.  We are having to shout to get it to wait, and then usually having to repeat what we want as it doesn’t hear us.  The Ones are about 1.5-2 metres away from the sofa, and we thought maybe we could use them for voice controls.  However, it seems as soon as they are added as surrounds, they have their mics disabled (making them pretty much One SLs).Short of buying an Echo Flex to purely use for voice control (and somehow getting it to use the Sonos for all output), is there anything I can do to make the system hear us?Shouting at the TV is not ideal really...

I have sonos port and two pices of sonos One. I can make them play in group of two and it does´t mater what combination I use either port+one or one+one or one+port and it all works. When ever I try to add third device into group of two then the third device plays sound for 1 second and then stays silent while other two sonos devices keep playing. Any idea whats wrong with my setup?thank you

Hi, Do you now if i can have the Sonos S2 app on a FireTV by the store? I didn’t found any information about. My setup is 6 One, 1 beam and 1 sub. I wan’t to control the music all round my house whit it but Spotify Connect is not enabled on FireTV by the spotify app and Sonos didn’t make an app on FireTVAnyone have a solution? :( (sorry for my worst english)

Since the update for spatial audio was released the not encoded error is happening most of the time. This only happens when using Apple Music via the Sonos app and is not just limited to the Era 300s.  Tracks that have been uploaded using the iTunes Match service display the error but other songs won’t play either despite everything being fine before.  I can get around this playing via Airplay or deleting the tracks from my library and adding them again from Apple Music. This isn’t an ideal fix though as I have lots of music that isn’t available on Apple Music. I also have 100s of playlists and I can’t do this to every one.  I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips that I’ve read and nothing has worked.  This is obviously an error caused by the new spatial audio music update; Apple and Sonos need to get together to fix this because it’s ruining the Sonos experience.

When I try and connect to my music library on my PC running win 11 I get the error message that computer can’t be found.  I’ve tried on 2 different machines and it happens on both.  I’ve checked and the computer names are correct. Help have a party happening this afternoon.

Just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to use a single Era 300 as a surround speaker for an Arc playbar? thanks very much in advance

Hi,Looking for some advice about connecting a turntable (with pre-amp built in) to my Sonos system.  I have Arc, a Sub and 2 x Sonance in ceiling speakers connected to my Sonos Amp to create surround sound system.  All works great.  But I want to add in a turntable and tried to do this via the Amp but apparently you cannot use the Amp for both the surround sound and the turntable (which is annoying!)Anyone got any suggestions as to the best way to integrate the turntable into the system?  Do I need to buy a second Amp or Port to connect the turntable to?If anyone can help I would be grateful! Thanks

Arriving to my summer house with a Playbase(wired) + two play 1 as surround, one Sonos AMP and one Sonos Move.Updates needs to be done and all works fine but both play 1 stucks “updating”. Tried reboot router and Play 1 a number of times. Finally I decided to reinstall them. Factory reset, install as new unit, switching to temporary Wi-Fi-network and then back to my normal Wi-Fi. After that the Play 1 will not connect. Same problem with both of them.Tried a different routerTried add with Ethernet and that works fine. Wi-Fi is activated on both Play 1 but when I remove the cable they disappear from the app. Tried Network-update network and adding the same network again. Same results.

Hi everyone,I just received my pair of era 300 to replace my ones. When sending music on just one of them, audio is perfectly fine. When sending music on both of them, although not configured as a stereo pair, audio is perfectly fine. When sending music on both of them, when configured as a stereo pair, audio is perfectly fine. When configured as surround speakers, and sending music to the whole system (Arc + Sub + 2x era 300), the sound is fine on the Arc and Sub (RJ45 wired), and cuts in and out on both of the era 300.More precisely, it’s as if the sound is fading out, fading in, bouncing between the two era 300 a couple of times, then stabilizing for 3-5s, and then doing it all over again.I tried restarting my router, unplugging/plugging back both era 300, changing WiFi channel on the sonos APP, and I still have this weird behaviour. At this point, I don’t have any clue on what to do next… 😔 Any idea on how I could fix this?

I have two roam speakers in a single room as a stereo pair separated by about 4 ft on top of a TV stand. Wi-Fi router is in the adjacent room about 10 ft away. Why does one Roam always stay connected to Wi-Fi, and the other always disconnects? I’m tired of having to power cycle it every time I want to listen to them.

Does the Beam Gen2 work with an Android TV & an iphone &/or Mac?

Hello to the sonos community. I currently own a sonos arc, a sub, which are both placed by the TV and I own 2 sonos ones used as my rear speakers. I was thinking of adding 2 era 300 to my collection but had two questions. I live in a loft and currently the entertainment system is under a ~20ft ceiling, but the loft itself is not big (~1000sq.ft total). First, would it make sense of adding the speakers, given the size of my apartment and possible noise complaints from neighbors (currently not had a single complaint). And my second question is should I use the ERA300 speakers as rear speakers or front speakers? I do not want to replace the sonos ones with the ERA, but keep both.

As the title suggests, I am unable to play music from Spotify (Premium) using the Google assistant voice commands on any of my Sonos One speakers. I have no issues if I start playing music through the Spotify app, and then cast it to my Sonos One speakers via airplay. I have connected my Spotify premium account in the Sonos app, and set it as my standard service.  What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Pictures of roomI currently have SB3651-E6 which is a 5.1 system. Atmos seems like its amazing but I don't know that I'd be able to get it at this price point. I can only spend up to 2k with Sonos by using discount. Would be more expensive going elsewhere. My devices are LG C2 75", Xbox series x, switch. We use spotify for music so i wouldn't' get atmos while listening to that. Between playlists and family plan I don't know that i would want to switch to apple or amazon music. So my main use would likely be movies and gaming. With discounts in mind I can’t spend more than 2k.  I think the arc upfiring would be lost so if i were to do this it’d likely need to be beam + mini sub + rears.

I have changed router and I cannot connect my Sonos system to the new router

Is it possible to provide a list of Sonos Authorized showroom / Dealer in Schenzen Countries ?

It is possible to connect two different products (Era 300 and Move) and use them at the same time? It only let me select one of them

I would like a sound bar but it wouldn't fit in my set up, or at best it would look ‘clumsy’, so a sound bar is not an option.

I have a Sonos 1 system with several speakers that are only able play at Sonos 1 level.I inherited some classic vinal and want to play over my existing level 1 speakers.I purchased a Connect and have the line out from the turntable going into line in on the Connect. The connect is connected to my Sonos 1 system and I can see it in the Sonos app.I cannot get any music to play through my speakers, have I purchased the wrong “Connect” to play my albums on my Sonos 1 system. Thanks in advance.

We have sonos one at our home.  We also have sonos one and a move at out lake house which is about an hour away. Both systems are connected to wifi.  The wifi names and passwords are the same at both houses, but are two different networks. While at our home, the move at the lake has been randomly connecting.  I can see it connected on the spotify app, but there is no option to turn it off in the sonos app - I can only see the sonos speakers available at our home.  I turn it off through the spotify app, but it constantly reconnects.I know the music is turning on and off through the move at the lake house because our cameras are catching it.  How can I turn off the move from our house? Thanks!

I have read a ton of threads on various access point issues and nothing seems to be helping.I have a network with a main wireless network (Ch11) and a TP Link EAP-610 Outdoor AP (Ch1). The AP works for other devices and has the same SSID password etc.. Auto stuff, fairness and all those things are disabled. I have 2 AMPs One is hardwired to the network and works fine.  The second amp won’t set up properly it won’t set up on the AP I set it it up wired, and it connects just fine to the main wireless.  When I move it to the APs location, it seems to not connect at all and the app can’t find it Thoughts?

Hi, I would like to connect iChill to my Sonos but it’s asking for my Sonos username. Where do I find this?
