I had my system set up to stream audio through Roku including an an amp for ceiling speakers, arc, and sub. It all worked great and could also stream music through the Sonos app on my phone through these speakers. I had to change my Roku device and the surround sound stopped working. After having it fixed now my Sonos app can’t find the arc and amplifier. Am I missing something? 

Unplug the Arc from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your phone and router.
