Hey Sonos community, all of a sudden my remotes (Apple TV remote/Roku Remote) no longer adjust the volume of the Arc soundbar. I have a Vizio TV (newer OLED) that has the CEC turned on and Audio eARC turned on. Out of nowhere both remotes stopped working. I have unplugged the HDMI cords and also made sure the Arc has the latest software updates. I can change the volume with my Sonos app on my iPhone but that’s it now. Any help would be great!

Remove power from the TV, wait a minute, then power it back up.
