sonos five unable to connect to new wifi

I've recently changed my wifi provider (from BT to Sky) and I've tried 3 times to connect my Sonos five to the wifi to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?

Sometimes it helps of you temporarily connect an Ethernet cable.
