Just updated to 15.5 firmware update and noticed less volume from beam gen 2. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I haven’t seen any other mention on the community of low Beam Gen 2 volume with update 15.5. I would first recommend checking the EQ settings or if you have a volume limit set in the Sonos app.
If all looks normal there, I would the suggest you reach out to our support team as they can look into the system and have the necessary tools to troubleshoot this with you.

Yes, i noticed that sound got much more quieter with my beam 2 and sub mini after 15.5 update. Sub mini also seems to have become less powerful. Did re-trueplay but didnt help.
