I changed my soundbar from a beam to an Ark and the sub is working with the ark but my Era 100s are not. When I check my system it has a question ❓ mark beside the Eras. When I check if they are connected, it says they are, but no sound. I think the Eras are still connected to the beam I returned. How do I get sound from the Eras? I wanted to use them for rears. Any ideas?

If you didn’t remove them (un-bond) from your Beam before you got the Sonos Arc, you’ll need to factory reset them, and set them up as if they were ‘new’.

Thanks Bruce, that saved me lots of time. Worked out perfectly and so simple. I tried to reset these speakers holding the pause button and forgot about the Bluetooth button. Thanks again.
