Dear all,I have a Sonos system composed by a Sonos One, an One SL and a Roam.Since a couple of weeks I’m not able to use the system anymore.I run the app from my smartphone (Samsung S21) and everything is fine, but after a couple of minutes the system disapper from the app and I cannot control it anymore.I’ve tried to reset all the Sonos device, but the issue remain.I’ve also tried with other smartphones, but the issue is still there. I gave to Sonos app all the needed authorisations.I’ve tried to play from the Sonos app installed in the PC (Windows 11) and it works fine.Please can you help me?It’s really a pity I cannot use the system during Christmas time… Thank you, Bye. 

I am being offered a credit to upgrade my 5-year-old Bridge to a Boost.  Are there any compelling reasons to do so? Does the Boost offer more features or better performance?

I paired 2 Sonos Era 300 with my Sonos Arc. The Arc now randomly and frequently turns my sound down from anywhere between 15 to 10. If I unplug the Era 300s, my volume works fine with Arc. Any suggestions?

Plan on purchasing new iPhone 14 Pro next week….How will i Hook the new phone up to my existing sonos arc and sub on my thats connected to my wifi.

It comes with 6 sonance speakers, 1 subwoofer and 1 sonos amp. I am looking to cover an area of around 5000 sqft so I am pretty sure the I can combine the two systems of 6.1 to create a 12.2 to play the same music.  my question is that can I use the the 12.2 system with only 1 amp, so then I will have 1 amp leftover to use in another area with different speakers. I had the same issues before when updating the Controller for Mac, before.  Using macOS Ventura 13.2.1.Tried to update from the software itself, always stops saying error, try again. After 3x the same happens. Found a direct link from Sonos and downloaded 15.1 to my mac. But will not open and function.Grateful again for help please? I can not use my Controller for Mac at present.  

Hello, I was using two wifi networks (at home and in the office). In general they were configured the same way (even wifi name and password were the same). In each places I had my Sonos products configured (three speakers at home and one Play:1 in the office; all products are older ones and I use Sonos S1 to connect to them). Few months ago I closed the office, packed my Play:1 and left it aside in the basement. Today decided to power up that Play:1 at home - I’ve plugged it to the power, Sonos S1 app discovered the new product (which had been actually configured) and claimed it needs to be updated to the newest firmware. However, during the update I received the “Update problem” information; I was trying several times but with no luck. Then, I decided to reset the Play:1 (by unplugging from the power and pressing the play/pause button during the start). When playing movie or audio the volume slider allows to open settings and a window slides up on the IOS app. Right now only Bass, Treble, and Balance (if applicable). It would be great not to show only the EQ, but the Surround Audio, Height Audio, Sub Audio when it is available since it takes a lot of steps from the settings with the EQ to the settings icon, scrolling down to access the sound settings.

When in the System->Products page and selecting a product it would be great to switch the order of the settings from:Name, Products, Sound, Hardwareinto the following order:Name, Sound, Products, Hardware (switching the order of Products and Sound).This would allow easier access to the sound settings which is more used then the Product settings. Or make the Products and Hardware section able collapse and remember the settings. The Sound Controls are used more often then the product settings.

Following situation:I have an Interkom (Fibaro) device which is connected to a Home Center 3 Hub. I am using Sonos as a sound speaker. Now, when I install the Sonos Plug-In in the HC3 web app, I can only start / pause / stop playing music on Sonos. Is there a way to trigger just a simple Door Bell (eg. MP3) in Sonos ? I have also enabled Alexa / Sonos Skills, but not quite clear where and how I could trigger some Door Bell Sounds in Sonos ?Can someone help ? Thanks Tom

I moved my play 1 and Play 3 since when I have been unable to reconnect either.I can only use S1 as my phone does not support S2.The reconnection options on S1 are greyed out or are not present making the app useless.It appears that my only option is to purchase a new phone which supports S2 which I have no intention of doing.Should I sell or otherwise dispose of my speakers ?I should add that I have been visiting various outlets seeking advice, over about a three month period, to no avail 

This might be a strange question - I have a record player lined-in to the Sonos Five. Is there anyway to stream the music from the record player, via the Sonos Five, to the Sonos app itself, either on my Iphone or Mac? as if the Sonos app is another Sonos speaker?

I have an older Sonos 1 connect amp with four Sonos speakers connected. Two of the speakers have good volume and sound - two are working but weak. any suggestions to help equalize these a bit?

So I have two paired Play 1’s (no Bluetooth). My music streaming choice is Apple Music (after several years with Deezer). I can’t ❤️ a song on the sonos app but can on the Apple app (using a portable speaker playing straight from the Apple Music app. I find this completely amateur of Sonos for not providing this function, literally every streaming service has this function Unless I am missing something does the Sonos app provide a “love” function on your fav songs that is not immediately visible?

My SKY satellite box is connected to my projector via HDMI so no HDMI output available to connect my Beam Gen2 soundbar. Currently my only option is to connect Beam via Optical direct to my Sky Satellite box.I would like to connect sound using HDMI and interested in how others have achieved this. I have tried HDMI splitters at the SKY end but no success. 

I can be playing an album through Amazon Music on my Roam when it suddenly goes silent.  I can see that the song still plays on the roam as time moves.  I have tried switching off and on again but it doesn’t work.However, there is no issue if I go to a myTuner radio station or a Pocket Casts podcast.  I can then go back to Amazon Music later and it plays fine.  I can’t see any correlation between the album being in HD or UHD.

Pushing the envelope of SONOS Technology - and having trouble.The Setup: ERA 100 connected to Pro-ject T1 BT turntable via bluetooth and playing a recordERA 100 setup via WifiAdditional 8 room whole house system on Sonosnet and all connected to ERA 100 to listen to the turntableThe issue: When I use the ERA 100 as the source to drive my 8 speaker whole house system, after about 10 minutes of the entire 9 speaker system all outputting the turntable music perfectly, I start to get sonosnet dropouts.  The single ERA 100 never has a dropouts and continues to play the music via bluetooth from the turntable flawlessly for hours.  The 8 speakers in the Sonosnet system all start to dropout at roughly the same time and they come back up automatically after 5-10 seconds in random order.  It is as if the Sonos system drops the entire sonosnet system, then reconnects.  The perplexing part is I get perfect connectivity for about 10 minutes, then I get sonosnet dropouts every 2-3 minutes that last 5

Ft home (two stories with an unfinished basement)Basement: 1x Sonos OneFirst Floor: 1x Sonos One, 1x Sonos Roam, 1x Sonos Move, 1x Sonos FiveSecond Floor: 3x Sonos OneMusic Sources: Spotify, Apple Music, U-Turn Turntable (setup line-in on the Sonos Five)Wireless: Eero 6 Pro (3x nodes, one on each floor) All Sonos devices are wireless.Internet: 1.2 Gbps cable (roughly 30 Mbps up)Devices: An all-Apple household (iPhone or iPad interacting with the Sonos app) My Issue: I have had a VERY inconsistent experience with Sonos actually “playing” music when asked.  Let me explain…  The central music player in our house is the turntable.  I do have auto-play turned on for the Sonos 5 (where the turntable is connected).  No matter what order I go about things (drop the needle on a record and then add rooms, or add groups, or add groups then drop the need

I swear this worked for a few days as I tried out the Amazon Music Unlimited free trial, but now the iOS Amazon Music app does not seem to be passing along metadata (artist, song, album art) to the Sonos app. Instead, I just get a grey screen on Sonos with “Started from Amazon Alexa” at the bottom. I did briefly install Alexa on one of my Sonos One’s (and then uninstalled) about the time this started. Anyone have ideas, or seeing the same thing? I’ve removed & re-added speakers to Alexa, disabled and re-enabled the Sonos skill in Alexa….still cannot get the AM app to work properly. Metadata is passed properly with AirPlay casting, and everything is great when started within the Sonos app. Is anyone else having problems with the AM app casting to Sonos speakers?

I have a SONOS Port digital out connected to the DAC on McIntosh MA5300.  When the Port is set for “variable” line-out, I get a persistent static / crackling noise that seems to be more prevalent when streaming from Spotify.  When changing the output mode to pass-through, this disappears completely.Has anyone else experienced this?  Any tips on how to correct?   The MA5300 is not easily accessible so controlling via the Sonos app is preferred.

Hi all,Hoping you can help as I honestly don’t know how to fix! Ever since the recent update of the sonos app, the app won’t connect to my account and therefore no music services. I’ve reset my router, reset the app, re-downloaded but it just keeps saying:It’s connected to the system ok, so can play a song via the Spotify app and control volume & speakers etc via the Sonos app, but can’t login or search for music. It’s very odd as I have perfect Wi-Fi on my phone, I’m currently sending this from my phone….Any and all help appreciated!!Thanks,Stefan

In the sonos s2 application, now it sounds, no information appears regarding the quality that the music is played, I understand that Tidal plays at CD quality but how do I know that this is happening?
