Hello community,

I've got a play 1 and play 3 and I'm having issues connecting it as a stereo pair. They are under the same Wi-Fi and also up to date with the latest software and app. Any assistance or tips you have?

Hello @WhiteTree, welcome to Sonos Community!

This is not possible. Only Sonos speakers of the same model can be stereo paired. Have a look on our support article Create a stereo pair.

As an alternative, you can group them via the Sonos App to have them play simultaneously. Group and ungroup rooms

Hope this helps.
