I have two amps each wired to a pair of speakers in different parts of the house.Each time someone tries to stream music to one amp (spotify) I am booted off the second amp to which I am streaming to from a different phone. i.e. same wifi network same streaming service, two different phones and amps can be grouped but not play different music independently. Is there a solution?

The sound is unsync with picture/movie/tvshow. If there’s music and dancing, they dance’s of beat. If someone claps, you see the hands smashing together, and hear the sound half a second later! Once you see it, you can’t unsee it! How do I fix this?  It’s set up with an optic cable from tv to playbar, and right now, only sub connected wireless.I’m planning to use my play3 speakers to, but it’s driving me insane that sound and picture don’t match, so I’m considering not to bother…I’ll be happy for any suggestions that’ll help me out!  Thank you! 

How do you move, for example, an ERA 100 from one room to another on S2 app. Must now be used as a surround speaker together with BEAM 2 and Mini Sub

I have a pair of Play 5 Gen 2 speakers. When playing on AirPlay from a Macbook Pro (2021), there is a frequent intermittent clicking sound, like a record skipping, about 10-20 times a minute. It’s very annoying.Does anyone have any suggestions?Thank you!

I have several Spotify playlists which stream without issue to my speakers, however, Spotify playlists created from files on my computer/phone cannot be played to Sonos speakers…I noticed the below when trying via the Sonos app: 

When I listen to the radio, using TuneIn, if I turn off one room using the S2 app, all rooms become silent for a short time, and the remaining rooms relaunch TuneIn (the audio jingle sounds).I would like that when I turn off one room, the other rooms continue to stream the radio as if nothing happens. 

Hi, my music just started cutting out after a few seconds recently so I thought I'd start from scratch.. I attempted a factory reset but the device is now stuck on the orange and white flashing led.. does anybody have a solution for this?

I have just moved into a house that has some sonos speakers in the ceiling hard wired to a legacy amp. we have got them up and running using the S1 app but after a while realised one of the pair is playing very softly and tinny. I have swapped cables at the amp end and there is no change so assume it is to do with the speaker. the wiring to that looks on so what might the issue be?

Hi, going through some renovations and need to consider where to locate the amp.  Will the amp work if it is placed in a cupboard?  Or does it need to be open to be able to link to the app etc?

I have had sonos for some time. Update issues required me to delete and reinstall latest version 15.5Music library on Synology.Just imported some new music with multiple discs per folder/album. These are displayed properly in itunes. Sonos has the songs in the wrong order. 1,1,1 (from disc 1,2,3) then 2,2,2 etc.I have other multi disc albums from prior imports that are displayed correctly. In addition, the metadata for the new incorrectly displayed albums looks the same as the previously imported multi disc albums.Thanks for any help.

I just upgraded my iPad Air 4 to an iPad 11 Pro 2022 model only to find out true play is not supported on this iPad?!I am an Android guy and bought the iPad Air 4 specifically to be able to use true Play on my system and ended up enjoying using it to surf on etc. Searching the forum I see this has been an issue since 2018. Why would Sonos not opt to support these higher end faster iPads? To me this sort of shows how archaic Sonos speakers are as well as how inept their engineering team is.What an absolute utter disappointment.I just spent hours also trying to get my speakers onto a new router and it was a nightmare only to find out I cannot tune them with true play on my iPad 11. I think I am done with Sonos and I'm just going to buy an atmos sound bar and sub from another manufacturer, this is sad.  

I have an issue where Spotify is playing on an Amazon Echo in the bedroom but Spotify will all of a sudden change the speaker to be our newly installed Era 100 group (kitchen and dining room group). This is happens when no one is interacting with either Spotify, the echo or Sonos, either physically or via apps. I then have to open the Spotify app and re-choose the Echo device as the speaker. It can easily happen every 20mins or so when playing a playlist. This has only started since the addition of the two Era 100’s to our setup. 

I have a Technics SL-1210 turntable connected to a Port. The audio is very low when playing it through the Sonos system. The audio in volume is set to 10 and the audio is uncompressed. I’ve used my laptop with an audio cable plugged into the Port and all works well. Any ideas or suggestions on what to do would be really helpful. 

Trying to achieve more base with my Sonos system.  I two ones and a beam and have been told that adding the 500 would help?  Should I also look at a sub-wolfer or 330?  Thoughts please...

When I connect my Roli keyboard through the NOISE app on my iPad to the Era100 via Bluetooth, there is a latency about 300 ms, which disturbs me. In order to reduce the latency, I bought a C-USB cable which I can connect the iPad to the Era100 loudspeaker.How do I make sure the signal runs over the cable and will this reduce the latency?

I’m running S2, and can’t for the life of me figure out how to play anything from NTS besides the default channels, which are the 2 live channels and 10 or so pre-selected. Is there any way to play selected shows? Even when I run a normal search it will compile results from everything other service - i.e. Spotify, Soundcloud, etc - but none from NTS.Honestly, playing to my Sonos directly from NTS would be even better, just like Spotify, as really can’t stand the Sonos app interface.

I have many blu ray 5.1 audio disks. Can I connect the blu-ray player directly to an era 300 with an hdmi to usb-c adapter for the line in and have the 5.1 sound transferred to the era 300 speaker?

Thanks in AdvanceI am wondering if there is any advantage to connecting my Amp via ethernet to my router when all my speakers are wired to the amp (architectural). My issue is not Sonos per se, its more my Stralink router. The only way I've found to make Sonos work with it is to connect it via a dedicated 2.4 Ghz channel on the Starlink router (by “splitting” the channels on the router), and if I want to use Sonos I have usually have to switch to the 2.4 channel on any mobile devices which always want to be on the 5 Ghz. I assume if it’s hardwired then I can get rid of the separate channels on the Starlink. In this case I assume the amp still outputs to the speakers its connected to and if it creates a sonosnet network its a moot point.

Why is it that Sonos restricts the use of music applications. I purchased my system almost 5 years ago only knowing that the sound quality was great. Now I absolutely HATE this system you can’t play your music or TV through the system unless you purchase another expensive add on. If anyone from Sonos is actually reading this thread why is the music play setup this way and can you please change it!! Venting session over…. Thanks

Is there an opportunity to lock everywhere “on” so that when I turn on my TV everything will automatically follow?

When are we going to finally be able to have a stereo pair plus dual subs ?  , I'm delaying Sonos purchases until then. Please get this done.

Ordered a mini subwoofer on Saturday 15th July and was expecting delivery on Tuesday 18th July. Got an email from DHL saying it was delivered, upon checking the photo proof of delivery it showed it was left by the door of some random house… I immediately contacted DHL to let them know that they didn’t deliver to the right address.. Ive contacted DHL multiple times since to understand the situation and to give me updates on my order… I’m hoping it hasn’t been sitting outside some random persons house in the rain honestly or was even opened by the person…Yesterday DHL couldn't contact the courier and today they said they couldn't contact the local depot… I’ve since racked up a hefty bill of 15 pounds trying to gather updates on the situation with DHL and being put on hold etc… Is this something I can even try to claim back from Sonos? (I’ve also mailed sonos about not receiving my package and I’ve not heard anything back apart from a generic we will investigate) Frustrated is an understa

Has anyone got a picture of an arc wall mounted using the sanus extending mount bracket?Sonos say it offers an “unimpeded” Dolby atmos experience… Probably a long shot but,can anyone confirm or deny if one bracket is better than the other sound wise?

Hi, this has been doing my head in. My Sonos app only shows Dolby digital 5.1 for ps5 game audio. I have set the tv to pass through, changed ps5 audio to av receiver and 7.1 ch and have changed the audio priority to dts or Dolby.  I have a Samsung q80t and it apparently can’t do lpcm over earc. I should still be able to do Dolby digital plus 7.1, no? Others have confirmed they get 7.1 audio with this set up so it is possible.

Hello!I don’t understand why Sonos Arc and the two Era 300 (which I decided, for now, intentionally not to pair as a surround) which are located under the same Apple Home app room called ‘Living room’, appear on the Sonos app as being placed in two different rooms called each ‘Era 300’ (the name I gave to each speaker via the Home app). I basically want all the products to appear under the same room (Living Room) on the Sonos app.Does anyone know how to fix this naming issue? Thank you!
