Hi expertsI have an old denon cd and tape player (m35) a turntable (with preamp) and a new samsung tv. If i get a beam for the tv and a port for for the cd and turntable, can i use a pair of one speakers to go with both (ie beam and port) alternately, depending on whethet I'm using the tv or audio. Sorry if this question is silly.

Good afternoon all New to Sonos, I’ve got an Arc and I’ve got it working with Sky Q and arc connects to HDMI 3 eArc input .. Sky is on HDMI 2 and Blu Ray HDMI 4 … sounds ok on Sky but no sound at all on Blu Ray.  I’ve ensured that Blu Ray is on same network as Arc .. looked at settings on Blu Ray (Sony BDP-S790)  .. can’t find anything more I can do .. any help appreciate here please  

Any Ideas? I see there are several other apps appearing to have the same issue. Are we just stuck with waiting until the app resolves their programing with Sonos?All of my apps work on both a Windows platform and on my Iphone platform, EXCEPT Calm Radio. I have done all of the unistall/reinstall, reboots, etc… Any ideas? Thank you.

I recently bought a era 100 and a roam. The roam constantly stops playing when in airplay. The battery is over 80% and it drops off the network and I have to turn it off and on again. This happens several times an hour. I have a system of ubiquiti unifi in wall access points. Can anyone help?  The era is fine.

My Beam 2 is only outputting as Stereo PCM and not Dolby Atmos. I’ve been through numerous discussions/instructions to find out why but drawing blanks. I have a PS5 and Sky Stream and have the Beam 2 in the HDMI arc (2) slot. My tv is an LG Oled55c7v.  Key settings - outputting to hdmi/optical set as auto and on. What am I doing wrong?

Hello community,I have my sonos wired to my Linkys wifi system. My phone never has problems with connecting to Sonos. However, my girlfriend regularly is unable to connect to sonos, although she is on the same wifi network.Any idea what can cause this problem? Moderator Edit: removed pictures with serial numbers

I have a sound bar connected to a smart tv using an optical cable, a Boost and 5 Sonos One speakers throughout the house. I also use a Google Nest WiFi system. I am using the Sonos app (14.20.1) on a Googel Pixel 5 phone (Android version: 13). The sound bar works fine when streaming the tv, but it drops out once or twice an hour, for a few seconds at a time, when streaming BBC Sounds and Deezer. How should I troubleshoot this?

I bought my Roam to use in the garden but it keeps dropping off during use.  Any suggestions?  Pretty disappointed so far  

I’ve added sub (gen2) recently to my existing Sonos system (playbar, 2X play1) and I don't hear or very little bass from sub if I set the sub setting to +7 and more.I have gone through the posts/questions here and none of the solutions provided, worked for me. Things I tried.factory resetting the sub and adding it to system multiple times trueplay active and without trueplay changing sub placement (playbar and sub are always placed very closely) restarting the playbar removing the surround sound and adding it again connecting playbar to LAN cable connecting sub to LAN cableThe sub is equally bad when playing music from Sonos app and from TV.What else can I do? any help would be appreciated. 

If you have Wi-Fi connection can you connect pair of roams in stereo mode with Bluetooth source like Samsung freestyle projector? And since roams need to be in bt mode to recive signal from projector that doesn’t unable em to work in Wi-Fi as condition for stereo mode? Thx in adv

Hello. I’ve done most things I can find on internet to add google assistant to Sonos. Linked google home to sonos, have USA in profile, re-installed app, …I just can’t get an option to add GA in Sonos. Any ideas? I can add Alexa and sonos native assistant, but cant find GA.ThanksV.

I am streaming a Spotify playlist to my grouped Play 1 & 3 inside my house. I would also like to stream to a non-Sonos Bluetooth speaker outside my house simultaneously. Can the same music be directed to the Sonos speakers and the non-Sonos Bluetooth speaker simultaneously?For different music going to the Sonos and non-Sonos Bluetooth, I can use Spotify for the Sonos, and Amazon Music for the Bluetooth. Thanks.

I have a ZP120 can I use it as surround speakers for a new Beam Gen2?  Thinking I might have issues with control as ZP is still S1 and beam gen2 is S2 only.  Anyway to make it work?

I am setting up a multi-room audio system and I want to stream music via SONOS as I have additional equipment that use this ecosystem. I considered adding a DSP to distribute the audio signal to 3 amps. I am new to audio systems so I would like to know if my way of thinking is correct.1) Does using an XLR Y cable affect the quality of audio signal sent to the Amps?2) I am thinking of using either the Dayton Audio DSP-408 or the t.racks DSP408. I like that Dayton offers mobile app control but I want to buy the one with the best audio processing capabilities. Is there any advantages on the t.racks over the Dayton?3) Ultimately will the inclusion of the DSP improve Sonos audio (DAC) or will all these conversions affect quality? Could I possibly have better results if I avoid the DSP and use a crossover or splitter to go straight to the amps, and use the amp limiters for the subwoofer channels set the frequency range?Any input will help! Thank you!   

If I stereo pair a One and a OneSL, will the pair then work as a pair with Google Assistant? Or will only one of the speakers work? Want to hear Spotify in stereo via Google Assistant, but worried it won’t work.

Hello ! I own a sonos one at the moment.I am planning on buying a sonos Ray for my PC set up. I will be able to connect the ray soundbar to my pc through a tosslink optical cable streaming that way my computer sound.My question however is the following :Will I be able to pair my sonos ray to my sonos one and therefore listen to local file music being played on my PC on my sonos one through the sonos ray ?

Hi, I recently added some music to my plex server. When I try to play it via the Sonos Plex integration, I only get “Unable to play xy - The connection to Plex was lost”. This only affects the newly added music - the “old” one just works fine (I added some music a couple of days before I did the update to 15.4 - this one works). Plex itself works, I can play the newly added music via the Plex apps.Just before I did the update to 15.4 I didn’t had those issues.After that I tried to:upgrade the server to the newest version reauthorize the plex integration in Sonos Switched off all Sonos devices for a few minutesnothing helped so far.Does anyone have similar issues or any idea? It would really help me to track down the issue.

I honestly don’t know why I bother with Sonos anymore. I’ve been a user since Connect Amp (which I still own) but it’s just become so difficult to use. Today I just want to change the wireless network on a Sonos S2 system. You open the app and there’s a banner at the top “Sonos and your mobile device must be on the same network. Let’s fix it. Great, that’s exactly what I want! Your mobile device is connected to NetworkName. Update your Sonos network settings to connect your products to this network. Awesome. Also what I want. I click “Update Network” I click “Find System” after a moment it says “Sonos not found. Make sure you’re signed in and your mobile device is connected to the internet and on the same WiFi as Sonos. Er...Sonos isn’t on any WiFi system. that’s what I came here to change! And I’ve completely left out the part where my S1 system was powered on. Honestly, this is f#$%^ing ridiculous 

Since 23rd May I can no longer play my android files via my Play 1. This speaker is not bluetooth capable so why has Sonos degraded my usability?

I’ve had the Move for 2 years and sorry to say its never worked & sat in a wardrobe. Have pulled it out today and tried again after reading numerous instances of same issue - macOS can pick up the Bluetooth link, the iPhone App cannot do anything, operates on a separated channel 6 with Telstra 100mbs modem. Have deleted the App reinstalled on both macOS and the iPhone to no avail, have used regular charge and usb-c on Move as well as resetting the Move.Don’t know what to do next, other than throw the product out.

Has the Sonos One SL got the same increased memory and faster processor present in the Sonos One Voice Version Generation 2? Is it best to stereo pair a Sonos One SL with a Sonos One Voice speaker - or stereo pair two Sonos One Voice Speakers together? Is the Sonos One SL being discontinued?

When I try add BBC Sounds to my services on Sonos I get an error that says ‘Check your network connection’. Adding all other services has worked fine, and I’m not having any issues playing from any services I have added so it only seems to be BBC Sounds. Is anyone else having this issue and know a fix?
