Same room, same wifi signal. Roam is working perfect, Play 1 inestable signal, why?4 months working perfect but one week ago play1 started loosint signal. No changes in the wifi system, same location. I work with roam in the same place of Play1, any issue. This is crazy

I have a Sonos Arc, since almost 2 moths now. Since a week (maybe since update to 15.4?), our Sonos Arc’s status LED is flashing orange and it is making a popping/clicking sound (in accord with the LED flashing) from the right speaker, every time before it commences to play audio (e.g. from TV, stream via Spotify (Sonos or Spotify app) or Airplay.I performed a factory reset, but this didn’t help.

Recently my phone library disappeared off sonos app. I can't get it back.

I need 5 channel INDEPENDENT mono Sonos 300 speakers that accept the line source input WITHOUT mixing or cross communication of the 4 or 5 Sonos speakers……..as if being fed discretely from 5 channel Dolby. Can this be done. Also I need each Sonos 300 speaker to not operate in stereo mode with Left/ Right coming from each side. It needs to output from each side. In other words can the sonos 300 operate as separate conventional active speakers?

We have found the base volume level keeps changing.This is both from TV and Spotify 

I just moved my router and Sonos bridge to the other end of the house, we have a wifi point near the Sonos speakers but the right hand speaker is a long way from the bridge. The right hand speaker doesn’t seem to want to connect to the system. When I try and connect a new device it says there are none, the app has the left speaker plus ? in the Sonos room which had both. There is a beam next to the right hand speaker working fine. Can you reset everything somehow? The app on my iPad may have updated also, is this the cause of the problem? It was all working before my modem was moved,any ideas? 

I am trying to connect an amp, ray, and a sub mini all in the same room wirelessly, but every time I connect the ray or amp, it just makes a new room, but I want it all to be all connected. Any help?

I think this may be a common problem..  but..  I can’t get any light to go on at all.. the Roam was working fine until a couple of days ago.. although the power button has always been a bit hit and miss..  I only use it through bluetooth on my phone ipad as I am living abroad. It has not been used for approx 36 hours.. and this morning I found it dead and unresponsive.  I tried the holding down power for 12 to 30 seconds..  this did nothing.. I did notice that I had a brief orange flight flashing on the base..  I had been using a regular USBC cable..  which i’d never had a problem with for 18 months.. but I have reverted to the original cable.. I called technical support.. after 45 minutes on hold etc..  the technician’s diagnosis.. I think there is a problem with your roam..   this did make me laugh..  anyway..   I am going to leave it charging for a few hours with the original cable.. to see if this has any impact..  any advice very welcome.Thank you

I have a Beam with two Sonos 1.  When connecting I get the Beam plus one of the Sonos 1 units.  When I try to connect the other Sonus 1 I get a flashing green light but not flashing green and white.  Have tried turning off power and router but the system does not connect the second Sonos 1 unit.Any ideas?

It had been working flawlessly until roughly 2 weeks ago. I can access Sonos website on my laptop using my ID and Password. So no issue with either of those. On my phone app – it will find the system and allow me to only stream Sonos radio stations throughout my various rooms. I cannot access my Apple Music playslists or Sirius/XM I have not changed my router or eero mesh system I have unplugged the router, all eero stations, and the Sonos system (amps etc.) and replugged them in I have removed and reinstalled the Sonos app several times I have checked the settings on the iphone to ensure that Bluetooth, WiFi, Local Network, Background App refresh and Cellular Data are all on. Every time I attempt to sign in with username and password so I can access I get the same 3 screens: SCREEN1 – “Let’s Try that Again – Something went wrong. I’m unsure which is correct here.I use XBOX series X with ARC, sub and two one SL.XBOX series X outputs Atmos by default but ingame i can choose between these:Default, stereo, quad, 5.1, 7.1 and Pro Logic.What is correct here?Does Default option ingame use Atmos or should i set 7.1 and then XBOX outputs ATMOS from that setup? This is confusing me.Also, is my setup a 7.1 setup or a 5.1 setup?

Hello everyone, I have 2 sonos amp and 4 outdoors speakers, 2 speakers on my deck and 2 speakers on my outdoor kitchen, I just bought an outdoor tv (55’’ Samsung Terrace outdoor tv) and i don’t know how to connect the amp to the tv using HDMI because the amp is located indoor about 40/50 feet away from the tv that will be outside on the outdoor kitchen, anyone has an idea how to set it up? do i need an HDMI extender with cat6 cable? or sound bar to keep it outdoors? how can i set it up properly? 

During normal operation I loose control of volume and pause. this is my setup  beam plus’s 2 Sonos one —- airplay to select speakers…. Spotify for musicwhen my system locks up there is no way to shut it down with the iPad controls , Spotify Controls , or Sonos App. After a few minutes it usually clears if not I have to unplug speakers.  any suggestions to resolve this ? 

Trying to get sound from DirecTV into my Sonos system to put in any room.  The old DirecTV had analog out that went directly into my Sonos Connect.  The new box doesn’t have that.  I split (1x4) my HDMI signal from the output of a Denon Amplifier to 2 Samsung TVs.  I tried to take a 3rd HDMI into my Sonos AMP but I get no sound.  Is there a way to take the Digital Coax or TOSlink from the DirecTV box into the Sonos Connect to distribute that audio to my Sonos system?

My mother recently upgraded her modem/router that is connected to the cable internet connection upstairs. The Beam is downstairs. I noticed the signal was weak downstairs so I bought a Netgear AC1900 Wifi Mesh Extender and installed it on the main level. Since its a mesh extender it sets the SSID to the same as the primary wifi router. After doing this I was able to test a good signal in the basement and able to add the samsung smart TV in the basement to the wifi and stream video with no issues. I then tried to follow instructions to change the wifi network on the Beam that is the sound bar for the samsung smart TV in the basement and the SSID does not show in the available networks to select to in the sonos app. It says make sure your network is b/g/n compatiable. I’ve verified that the Primary wifi router and the mesh extender are both backwards compatible. So now I’m at a loss.

Two days into my new Sonos Beam Gen 2, and now notice a vibrating sound that starting occurring when ever the heavy background music in  The Mandalorian starts playing.is there a way to stop this vibration?

I own a sonos Arc.sub gen 3 and 2 era 300’s and im trying to figure out how much power they draw when in use.

After more then a year waiting, I’ve finally got my Sonos gear moved. I have 2x PLAY1 and 1x SYMFONISK. This evening I wanted to connect everything to my new network (telenet belgium), but all my device don’t want to connect with wifi. When I connect with cabble, i have no problem connecting. Any solutions? (already did: switching on/off router, devices, rebooting pixel-hone, connecting with ethernet and then switch to wifi...)Thanks, SamNa meer dan een jaar heb ik eindelijk mijn sonos materiaal terug. Ik heb 2x play1 box en 1 symfonisk lamp. Deze avond probeerde ik alles te installeren op mijn netwerk (telenet belgie), maar al mijn toestallen willen niet connecteren met het wifi netwerk. Wanneer ik connecteer met de ethernet-kabel lukt het op te registreren, echter nadien loopt alles fout. Iemand een oplossing?
