Play 5 not connecting to ipod

I recently had a new router installed.  The Sonos S1 app (on iPod touch) now can’t find my

2 x play 5s, when I try to connect to existing system.

Do I try to connect both 5s at the same time, or should I connect one then the second one.

All my music is on the iPod so I don’t want to have to buy a new device and upload it all.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did they resolve it.

Any help appreciated, otherwise I’m back to playing cds 😩

I *think* if you follow the instructions at the new router - installation instructions FAQ, you should be able to then see the PLAY:5s.

Thanks Bruce, I’ll try that.

In the meantime, I’ve discovered that I can get connected using an Ethernet cable to my router.   Not ideal, but if all else fails, at least I can listen to music through my speakers.

If one is connected to your router, you should see both, unless for some reason, someone turned off the Wi-Fi/radios is one or the other.
