Hi there,I have a Google WiFi Mesh with 4 nodes (one outside) in a fairly long house. The nodes are hardwired via managed switches. I have 14 Sonos devices across 6 rooms, including a Roam, Amp, Boost (wired via ethernet), and Arc (also wired via ethernet). I've made some changes to the system recently, changed password, and settings on the managed switches. My question:When my phone is connected to the primary node, and some of the other nodes, I see all Sonos devices in the Sonos App. When I move physically, and phone connects to another node, I only see half of my system: the system seems to be divided between the Arc (hardwired) and the Boost (hardwired). No matter which node I connect to, the support matrix looks great, mostly white/ green/ few yellow connections. I can always control all speakers via Google Home App. I get no drop outs. Today I've pinned all IP addresses, no improvement.I have 1 switch right after the primary node, and then 2 secondary switches after that. The Boos

when watching movies it sounds like there is an echo and reverb. it does not sound right. how can I get this to work properly?

My 2nd tv only has an arc connection and I'm wondering if I can use a  4k hdmi 2.1 splitter between my nvidia shield, xbox and tv so that I can take advantage of the  eArc connection in the splitter so improving the sound quality delivered to my Sonos Arc. Would this work, giving true atmos and if so which  4k hdmi 2.1 splitter would people recommend? Thanks in advance

Hi I have a sonos one a100. I want to by another to make a pair and I know I can’t but this through sonos anymore.I have been searching online and am unsure as to whether what I have is gen 1 or gen 2 as this often how resellers are advertising.mine is Alexa and blue tooth enabled.any advice?

Connected new Gen3 sub, no sound. Haven’t run trueplay yet. Light on sub is white.

I have recently moved and my arc and one’s will not connect to my new wifi. I have rebooted the wifi and units many times and when I add the wifi password it says there’s an error but doesn’t give an explanation of why or what to do next. IS there a solution out there?

I have a Nuvo based system that has 8 separate zones and 12 pairs of wired speakers, each pair driven by an Elan amplifier (12 amplifiers total).  The Nuvo Music Port has gone bad, and I’m thinking of switching to Sonos.  Since I already have an amplifier for each speaker pair, I’d like to use the Sonos Port as the source as opposed to the Sonos Amp.  I’m thinking of combining a few zones so I could cover the entire area with 4 or 5 Ports.  While this will reduce the independent zones to 4 or 5, I won’t have to buy 8 Ports (or even 12 if I wanted one for each amplifier).  My question is whether the Port’s output can be split 2 or even 4 ways to feed the amplifiers without having a problem with signal attenuation.  Comments from anyone who has experience with this would be much appreciated.

Currently have an Arc, two play 1’s and a sub for home theater with Boost wired to my router. Should I get rid of the boost when I replace the two play 1’s with Era 100’s?   Not sure if this is needed any longer.

Hi, this might seem like a silly question but if I pick uncompressed audio from my line in, and then group my turntable and my Fives (which it's plugged into), with my Era 300s (making it play through 2 sets of stereo speakers), will it keep the audio uncompressed?

Here we go again, new phone and Sonos volume control does not work from lock screen, either it be the volume buttons or the widget. Sonos has done it again! have been through all in app settings aswel as security settings, I have a pixel 7.  I have to physically unlock phone and then able to change volume .... Good security hey..

one of my sonos roams dropped on the floor last night about 3 feet.since then it seems to play so far but will not power off via the power buttom.i guess if plays no problem, right??

I have several connect amps.  The one in question is running 4 8amp outdoor speakers.  Is it possible to run a 3rd party Amp to send more power to the 4 speakers? Thanks J Mack

I have two sonos amps that drive outdoor speakers.  I want to bring my tv outside and watch a movie.  If I buy the beam gen2 and hook the tv arc hdmi to the beam, can I stream the tv audio through the beam to both sonos amps?  I don’t care about dolby or surround sound, I just want the tv audio on my outdoor speakers.

Having issues with products droppingmy computer when connected to  wifi picks up the Move and Roam pairs but none others. When connected to ethernet they pick up all but the Move and Roam.My iphone will only pick up the MoveI have 11 pieces of Sonos equipment and feeling like this game of trying to get them to connect more than its worth.Hate to think this has been a waste of money.

When you use Plex server on its own (e.g. iOS app) you can review your whole library by looking at its folder structure. However, when using Plex to play on Sonos the only options are by By Artist and By Album, both relying on metadata that are notoriously dodgy. Why can’t Plex on Sonos replicate this most simple function? This is the only way forward… I am still using S1 - not sure whether it is worth investing in an upgrade to S2...

PSA!  Sonos does not repair products out of warranty! You have to buy new. They will give you a 30% discount. My $400 Move will cost me $300 to replace it. I have over $4,000 of Sonos that is now basically Junk! No one can repair Sonos.

Hi,I am looking to purchase additional SONOS equipment using the online 15% discount.Once received I'm planning on giving the items to a family member. Is this allowed for under the T&C's of the upgrade policy. I couldn't find an answer when I skimmed through the on-line T&C's.RegardsDanny

After years with only the occasional lost connection, my old S1 system cannot be found by the S1 controller, either on my iPhone or my MacBook Air.  Literally overnight -- boom; no way toreach any of the four series one Sonos components.  Have rebooted everything, reloaded the controllers -- nothing helps.Any ideas, anyone?

After the latest app update, when you tap on the Sonos Android app, it always wants to display an empty queue, even if the queue is empty or not in use. There is nothing to clear, edit, or save for later.  Why does the app default to showing something that is not in use when it really should be showing the devices on the network? To be clear, it only appears when you’re bringing the app back from sleep, but it’s annoying and not at all relevant, and it never behaved this way before.

Hi,Since I proceeded to an S2 App update couple of months ago (Android 13, Pixel 7), now the list view is always triggered at the opening. This is very frustrating because I only use the widget on my home screen to directly jump on my device to manage streamed content... But I land on this useless list view (I never used it on my daily uses). Before that update, I was opening the app on the device control view. Is it possible to revert this behavior? Thanks for your help,Mike

After a recent upgrade, when I open the Sonos app on my Android (Moto Edge) phone, the queue pops up. I don’t use the queue so it’s just an annoying barrier to entering the app to play my music. I can’t see any way to stop that from happening. Has anyone else solved this..? Thanks!

I've never used the queue function ever but it keeps popping up before I can get in to the app. Can it be removed?

So odd question, but given that Sonos has removed the iPhone volume button functionality I am trying to see if I can come up with a solution or if I need to buy the Ikea remote.  Is there a way to have your TV run through arc and also use an old remote for volume for music?  I have tried my remote and it does not register when the soundbar is hooked dup to arc.  We use this soundbar for music all the time so I would like a better solution than the janky slider in the Sonos app.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

I have had an Apple TV+ subscription for about a year and have recently purchased a Sonos-based home theater setup (Arc, Era 300 and Sub Mini) and wish to experience Dolby Atmos content via my Apple TV+ subscription on my new system.  Can anybody point me to information about this?  So far, most posts point me toward Apple Music, or the Apple TV physical component, which are not of current interest to me.   TIA
