Having issues with products dropping

my computer when connected to  wifi picks up the Move and Roam pairs but none others.

When connected to ethernet they pick up all but the Move and Roam.

My iphone will only pick up the Move

I have 11 pieces of Sonos equipment and feeling like this game of trying to get them to connect more than its worth.

Hate to think this has been a waste of money.

The router is evidently blocking multicast/broadcast between network segments. Without it the controller is unable to discover all the players.

Don’t throw out Sonos. Change the router.

Have you rebooted your router, computer, and iPhone in awhile? Are you able to wire any speaker (not the Roam or Move) directly to the router with an ethernet cable?
