Hi I've just purchased a symfonisk picture speaker and I would like to play it along with a pair of sonos ones and a mini sub  can this be done and how?

Hi everyone, I asked this previously and I’m no Sonos guru..can Era 300s be set up as a stereo pair in one ‘room’ and also as a home theatre set up in another room and switch between the two?I have Sonos arc, Sonos gen 3 sub and 2 x era 300’sthank you

I have Sonos at 2 gyms.And at both of them SONOS can suddenly change song 10-20sec into a song…...this happens a few times every day.I have the latest update on both places so what else can i do?

Cannot connect my Sonos app to the WD NAS

Over the past month or so, I've encountered several small but frequent issues with Spotify through Sonos. This is primarily but not exclusively when I use the Spotify app (I dislike the Sonos app).Includes things like:-When I start to play a podcast, it automatically jumps to another, completely unrelated podcast (not even the next one in a queue, or anything as sort-of logical as that). This will happen repeatedly. Eventually I can usually brute force it into playing the one I want but I can't identify the fix.-An album (not on shuffle) will simply stop playing at the end of, say, the third song. Or fifth. Or whatever. The completion bar remains near the end of the song and when I hit play, it will replay the song that just finished rather than move to the next.-No sound. A song or album will show as playing through the correct speakers in both Spotify and the Sonos app. Except it's not actually playing (maybe on some secret frequency the dog can hear- I'll ask her).-Sudden shift betw

I have 3 play:3’s which up until recently have been operating under the S2 app. recently they all required update but all give error 30 after the initial update has completed and the app is resetting the play:3. I have tried all the recommended solutions through to connecting the play:3 direct to both my router and my Boost (effectively the same thing). Also performing a factory reset hasn’t made any improvement. This led me to trying to downgrade back to s1, but the downgrade also failed with the same error. getting a little frustrated now… can anyone help me please???

Recently purchased a Sonos Amp and connected to a Samsung Q series via hdmi arc. The tv source was an option at connection and now only appears if the amp is unplugged-replugged back in. As you can imagine, this is very inconvenient.  Any suggestions on making the connection more reliable? HDMI cable is new and the amp is 3’ away from tv and an access point is 10’ away. We tried to make sure all the basics were covered.

Hello,I’ve been waiting over a month for the Sonos era 300 wall mounts to ship. My order says they would ship by May 31 and here we are they still haven’t shipped yet. Why is this delay so long? I would really like to enjoy my Era 300 where they should be wall mounted. Any ideas when they will be back in stock?

So I have a sonos port and (6) speakers.  Once upon a time I could just come home and drop an LP on the Turntable.  The Sonos Port would automatically start playing out of a Stereo Pair (Sonos SL + Sonos One), then one day it stopped working.  I deleted/reset the port and reconfigured as part of my troubleshooting with the assistance of support.To this day I have to spend sometime 30 minutes trying to get them working.  I need to understand why I can’t just get it working the day I first setup where I can just put on an LP and have music playing from the stereo pair?  Any assistance would be great.I have called support soo many times it only works once, each time I call.Thanks 

Hello, I recently purchased a new Sony Bravia TV and hooked it to a Sonos AMP. It’s connected via HDMI the eARC port. Unfortunately, when I try to switch the audio output to the Sony TV speakers, the TV will play audio through the TV speakers for approximately 1 to 2 seconds, and then automatically switches back to the external audio. Also, attached is a cable box via a separate HDMI port, but even with unplugging it, this issue persists. I have read multiple threads on this topic, but cannot find anyone ever found a resolution. I think we all have a sense that this is a CEC issue with Sonia having to do with the fact that the Sonos Amp is running all the time but I have tried to switch every setting I can find on my TV and have been unable to resolve it.Would appreciate any insight this community can provide on this issue.      Thanks,Stephen 

I purchased a new Sonos Ray for my son. We hooked that up to his Samsung TV in a snap using an ethernet cable to his router and the included optical cable to his Samsung. The problem we now have is that my older Play 1s (x2) that I gave to him won’t connect. We can get blinking green lights on both but, they continually fail to connect.Prior to giving him the Play 1s, I “removed” them from the room they had been in and then I reset them using the Play/Pause and +Volume button procedure at my house.  At his place, everything seemed good-to-go… until we tried adding them into his newly created  Sonos system/network (he never had a Sonos product until now). It would say “Connected” but then kept trying to connect and then fail. After several attempts, we unplugged them.My questions: Could the Play 1s still be linked to my system/account?  Do we need to connect the Play 1s via ethernet cables? (It’s my understanding that the Ray will shoot the sound to the Play 1s).  Do I need to hold down

Bonjour, la lumière led de mon mon enceinte sonos One, s’est allumée toute seule la nuit, alors que j’ai choisi le mode veille. Quelqu’un aurait-il une explication ? 

We live in an old building with the thick wooden walls in most parts. With the 11 Sonos devices spread out through the building and a wired Sonos Boost in a central location the system works mostly fine. Last couple of weeks we have been starting to get entire system drop-outs and the culprit as we can see is a IKEA Symfonisk lamp (most remote unit from the Boost) that according to the Network Matrix jumps between being Secondary node (direkt to Boost, signal 30/29) and Tertiary (connected to the ARC that is in line-of-sight with signal 66/59).During these jumps, music stopps playing in the entire system and in controller apps the rooms are gone briefly and then gets back.Why is the mesh reconfiguring so aggressively? I understand the lag to tertiary nodes but the stop in streaming is worse than a lag I’d say.Can I do something? We have a multi-API Unifi network that I have been testing with Sonos but these experiments have all been disastrous even when trying to follow Unifi and Sonos

Hi,I already have a Beam synchronised with my TV that is working well.I would like to add 1 One SL (only bought one) as surround speaker in order to have a home cinema but the app doesn’t allow me to do so. It says that « two compatible speakers are needed to add surround speakers ». Does it mean that two One SL are needed to install surround speakers synchronised with my Beam ?Did some of you already succeed to pair a Beam with 1 One SL ?Thank you in advance !

I’m planning to give my One SL stands to a relative. The problem is I cannot disassemble the part were the speaker is seating on (platform?)its composed of the upper part and the lower part disc clumped together and I cannot separate them.because of this, I cannot get the power cable separate from this piece. anyone has tried this yet?

Hi, I am planning on the following setup and had some questions on the in ceiling and in wall speakersLiving Room - 4.1 surround system (virtual center channel)2 in wall speakers on TV wall (can these be mounted sideways?) 2 rear in ceiling speakers I believe I need 2 amps for this (1 for in walls, and 1 for in ceiling surroundsOutdoor Room2 in ceiling speakers 1 amp

Requesting a tuning station by saying "Alexa play Newstalk fromTunein"  has stopped working on Sonos but still working on all Echoes connected to same network.Router reboot done and sonos powered off and back on. Is the Sonos using its Tunein setup or the Alexa one in this scenario? Any other checks I should do? 

Hi everyone,I've bought a new Sonos Arc and have some stains in the lateral grilles. I've changed it and the new one has the same problem.I've seen other people in the same situation.Could this oil stains affect internally or is only an aesthetic problem?

For a year or so, I’ve had no problems asking Alexa to play ‘My Soundtrack’ or anything else. I could look at my phone and using the Android App skip etc, now I can only pause, and I can’t see the track. If I start the music from the Sonos App - all works as expected - but - that kind of removes the point of using Alexa in the first place. I’ve tried removing/readding the skill, doing all the usual unplugging etc Anything else I can/should try? 

Hi Everyone,I’m interested in utilizing a Sonos Beam and Mini Sub on my PC, for gaming and connecting to the rest of my home Sonos setup.  I do crafts and whatnot so sometimes I like to sync the music in all my rooms, and my office is the only place I can’t.I’ve done some research and I understand that a Beam (gen 2) will work great from my PC.  I’m unclear on how to incorporate the Mini Sub.  Anyone here tried this out or know the details on how they work together?Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I don’t want to buy the kit and then have to return it.Cheers,Zodd

My understanding, the Port has no onboard volume control. Is there a way to rig and external knob or something to do so? How to?

This may be a dumb question but how can you tell if the uprising drivers on the Arc working when paired with the 300s?  I find that the 300s are louder than the Arc so it's a bit hard to tell.    

How can I delete songs or artists from my cell on the Sonos app?
