Can anyone recommend streaming movies or shows to play to help me optimize the Atmos sound settings? More specifically, good content to test “height audio” levels from Disney+, AppleTV or Max.
My setup is the new Arc + mini Sub + Amp powered rears in ceiling. Thanks.

Download this 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos test tones video onto a USB drive and plug it into your TV. If you have an iOS device, you can also AirPlay the video to an Apple TV 4K or Roku Ultra connected to a TV. Just confirm that it is playing in Dolby Atmos in the Sonos app:
