Hi,I bought the Sonos Roam SL recently, and use it with bluetooth. But every 2/3 songs, like 6/7 minutes, the music suddenly stop playing for like a second, then restarts. And it repeats every time, it’s not a random non reproductible issue.I’ve already resetted it, my app and my software is up to date. Can you help me ? Thanks a lot

Hi , is Alexa supported on Sonos in Morocco, I can’t find it ? My system is arc+2 era300+sub gen 3!

Hello everyone. My query is about the Sonos application that I use from the iPad.When I play music from apple tv 4k in apple music, everything sounds perfect. But when I play music from the sonos app the songs in dolby atmos sound bad, the mix is almost complete on the rear speakers Era 300. this happens a week ago. Before everything worked perfectly. My system is composed of Arc-Sub gen3-Era 300x2. many thanks friends.

My family room has a Sonos Arc, Sonos AMP with 2 in-ceiling speakers (not Sonos Architectual), and a Sonos Sub. Whenever I try to run Trueplay it gives me an error of “Lost Speaker”. I’ve factory reset the Arc and SUB and set everything up again, but still the same error. Also tried moving the iPhone closer to the ARC and no joy. Diagnostics Number: 554718305Thanks for the help!

So having owned a play 1 and play 3 for a few years yes they are normally powered off. However In preparation for a party and knowing that I previously setup a group to allow Spotify to play playlists, I come to find that groups appear to have disappeared from the sonos app.Anyone have any suggestions how to create this as I have read through various boards, but cannot see it.under products I have dining room as play1 and office as play 3. Getting them grouped to play Spotify should be simple enough

Dear all,Hi, I’m a new Sono user.I would like to ask here some questions and search for suggestions, so let’s start:AFAIK TruePlay is configurable only with iPhone. What if I have only Android? Isn’t there another way? Which speakers are compatible with my Sonos Beam Gen 2 to expand my Home Theater System? Are there compatible speakers that are wireless and rechargable? My goal is to use them only when needed, so when I play a movie and then place them somewhere when not used. In case I add two speakers, are then they added as back-left and back-right speaker? I mean on a Dolby audio movie I’ll able to listen the ambient sound coming from behind with the back audio channels? Last but not least, what would you give priority to expand my setup. Starting from a little subwoofer or starting from the rear satellite speakers? Thanks a lot to all!Simon

Have picked out the Ultimate which includes the ARC, Subwofer, and 2 ERA 300s. I have 3 questions:Do I Need, Should I get, 2 additional ERA 300s for the front of the room or will the ARC suffice? Is that overkill? Because of 11 or 12 foot ceiling should I get adjustable stands versus fixed for the two rear ERA 300s? I just purchased a Yamaha RX-A4A how will the Sonos system connect up to it?

I just purchased the Beam Gen 2.  I have a Roku Ultra 2022 and a Sony with an ARC HDMI port.  The new IOS app S2 always shows in “Dolby Atmos” on all content.  This can’t be true.  Does the Roku Ultra upscale every signal to Atmos?

Hi, I've got a Beam 2 and looking to get some rears Sonos One Gen 2. I wanted to know, if I'm watching something with Dolby Atmos sound, will the Beam 2 still play Dolby Atmos and the rears normal? Hope this makes sense

Moderator note: Newer Sonos products do support Bluetooth. Please see our support article Use Bluetooth on Sonos for more information. Hello - I have installed sonos system with amp and ceiling speakers and i want to be able to connect via Bluetooth instead of streaming over wifi

I was in my start menu and hovered over my account name and noticed another account pop up named “Sonos Wireless HiFi System”, I clicked on it, and it just basically logs back in my account. It shows up in windows settings, accounts, other users as well. Using command prompt doing “query users” only my account shows, doing “net user” the sonos one shows but list my account as admin, I am wondering if this is a normal thing, and am guessing it has to do with how the sonos app streams music off my pc to the speaker. Or if is this not normal and I need to do something about it. other information that may help OS: Windows 11 (22H2) Build: 22621.1992SYMFONISK Bookshelf Speaker Sonos OS: S2Version: 15.6 (build 74043110)Hardware Version: 1.20.3.3-1.0

I am setting up an outdoor speaker system. Already have a Move and One. Can I connect these speakers to a non-Sonos amp, which will also connect my outdoor wired speakers?

Hi,I'm using Alexa on my Sonos Move in French being based in France since 18monthsSomewhen in the last 6 months, it started to switch to English randomly during the process, for example during the flash update, starting in French and suddenly switch to English. It is annoying when Alexa is reading something and is reading a French text with an English accent.I made the test in all the other Amazon built Alexa devices I have and do not experience this issue. I also delinked and relinked my Amazon account to my Sonos Move + update it, all of this didn't change anything.Any idea?

Hello. Maybe someone can help. I have a problematic Sonos Five. Actually the speakers works fine and plays audio when operated locally via the buttons on the Sonos Five. I can start playback (with single play-button press) and i can group the speaker with a long press on the Play-button.My problem is that the last few weeks, very often, the Five speaker does not show in in the iPhone Sonos S2 App or in the MacOS App. When this is the case, i still can start playback using the local buttons without any issue. It mostly happens with my Sonos Five but sometimes also my two grouped One’s (grouped with a Sub) do not show up in the App. A power-cycle always solve the problem. Although temporary.Any clue what i can do to resolve this?

Can anyone else with their Sonos Sub (Gen 3) take a look inside and see if they can verify any excess glue or weird stuff in the molding inside?Wondering if this is normal?

I moved into a new house and would like to get speakers for my TV in the family room, but because of how the TV is mounted on a stone fireplace hearth, it would be impossible to mount or place a sound bar anywhere. So if I were not going to use a sound bar, I’m wondering what combination of Sonos products would I need for home theater audio.Ideally I’d want to add surround speakers eventually, and I’d also like to be able to stream music from the same speakers (hence why I’m hoping I can find a Sonos setup that works). Any advice?

I have about five Sonos one speakers in my home and routinely a couple of them never pop up on my system list . I don’t know why these speakers aren’t recognized even though they’re on the network/Wifi. Do I need to stop sharing them with Alexa?

I have enabled Alexa on my Sonos One and Roam speakers. One is in the master bedroom the other is in the master bath. I created a group for bedroom and I e doe bathroom. I then combine them into a group call upstairs. Both rooms and both speakers show up in the new combined group. But when I say Alexa play <Spotify playlist> on Upstairs" it only plays on the bedroom Sonos. I have deleted the group and recreates it but nothing I do seems to get music on both speakers. No idea what is going wrong here.

Hi All!  Working on helping a customer move some music.  I’ve setup a Buffalo LS210D NAS drive connected to the SONOS system.  This music is being moved to this drive from an older iMac that is having issues.  I got the NAS drive setup on the router with a static IP address so it will always find it.   I went into the SONOS app and put that NAS drive into the music library setup. The music is in a shared folder on that Buffalo NAS drive.  It works like a champ.  We can see and play the music in the music library.  Here is the problem.  I started by just placing a small amount of music in there to set it up and make sure it works.  Now when I add more music to the NAS drive the app does not see that newly added music when we go to try and play it.  The previous music is there and plays fine. I can delete that from the Music Library Setup in the SONOS app and add it back again the same way it was and it sees the new music.  Below is the syntax of the setup.  All music that is added is ad
