IOS S2 app always showing Dolby Atmos

I just purchased the Beam Gen 2.  I have a Roku Ultra 2022 and a Sony with an ARC HDMI port.  The new IOS app S2 always shows in “Dolby Atmos” on all content.  This can’t be true.  Does the Roku Ultra upscale every signal to Atmos?

What exactly are you watching on the Roku? What are the Roku audio settings currently set to? 
 

Set the TV to these settings (if available):

eARC: Auto

Digital Audio Out: Auto 1

Dolby Digital Plus Output: Dolby Digital Plus

Pass Through Mode: Auto
