Hello - My Sonos Roam beeps (sounds like a voice assistant turning on), every day at 730 AM.  when i go to the Sonos 2 app, and look at alarms in the main settings, nothing is set there. how do i get the unit to stop this with out unplugging

Next time it happens, submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. It could be that the ‘alarm’ in question is coming from an ‘outside of Sonos’ system. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
