Hi there everyone does anyone know if you can get covers for your sonos speakers

Why is it when you move the era 100 speakers to get a better sound experience its extremely difficult to get the speakers connected back with the Sonos App?  When i go inside my router I can clearly see my speakers connect back to the wifi.

I revised things recently when my old computer died, which we used as a local server, including a Music folder that we accessed via SONOS. When we got a new computer, we canned the server idea and placed all our files, including our music folder, onto Microsoft OneDrive. Is it possible to stream from OneDrive? What about some other online repository? Or must it be local?

Can an S2 product downgraded to run on S1 be reversed at a later date.Thanks.

Hi All,Recently I’ve noted that my Sonos Play One (Alexa control switched off) no longer ducks when I make an Alexa request to the Dot that is part of the Dining Room Group.  The Sonos is the preferred speaker in this group, and it’s frustrating having to BELLOW commands to Alexa as the Play One no longer lowers the volume when an Alexa request is made.Is anyone else seeing this issue ….. again!?Cheers,Ripface

HiI have an lg cx and sonos arc with sub.I wanted to cure a hdmi control issue with my Apple TV 4K box and disabling cec control on my lg cx fixed it.My sonos Arc seems to operate still, all be it I can’t control volume for live tv via tv remote anymore. But app to do that is fine.Basically all I want to know is is there any other issues that could arise from not using hdmi CEC control? Is it an important feature to keep enabled or am I fine having it disabled? thank you

Hi,I got a PLAY1 from a family member which had always worked good and did when I got it.Fast forward when I brought it home I was trying to factory reset it, but that does not work. The orange light just keeps blinking and it’s doing that for a couple of hours. When I try to configure it without a factory reset, the PLAY1 is visible in the Sonos app and I connect to it’s own WIFI, but when a sound is going to play on the PLAY1 to move forward in the installation, it does not play it. The second configure way of pressing that PLAY-PAUSE button does nothing aswell. I've tried setting it up both with iPhone and Andriod phones. What do you think may be the issue? It would be sad to not be able to use this speaker..Thanks

Hi,i have sonos play:5 gen1 and noticed that bass works just fine but left and right speakers seems to work very low. Even if volume is high, if bass is reduced, they hardly produce any sound. Thoughts?

After asking something from Google Assistant, Sonos or Google Assistant stops listening. On Google devices I had the chance to have a follow up question or keep talking to google, like in a normal conversastion:Simple example: - Hey Google, set a timer for 3 minutes.- OK a timer was set for 3 minutes.- Thanks!- I’m honored to serve! Now on Sonos this never happens anymore, because Sonos stops listening after it set the timer.Doest anyone know why is this?

good morning.I wanted to know if there are sound differences between dolby multichannel pcm 5.1 and dolby digital plus 5.1.I have the beam (2 generation) two one and the mini subwoofer.thank you.

I already own a Playbar and sub. I just bought a house that has two in-ceiling rear speakers. Is it possible using the amp to connect all these together? Or do I lose the sub if I connect the rear speakers? how do I physically configure and connect the Playbar and amp and sub to make this connection work? I assume the rear speakers are connected to amp but otherwise how do I make this work? Thanks in advance

Is there a way to listen to music, stream sirius while watching tv. i used to have that ability with Comcast, but now streaming tv and lost it.   Thanks

My Sonos system is registered with a Play5 Gen1, Play3 and Sub-mini. The upgrade offer page shows a 15% discount available against Play3 but no discount against Play5 Gen1. Play 5 should be eligible for 30% discount. What do I need to do to trigger the discount offer for Play5?

Big Sonos user, using it throughout my house daily. I just put down a downpayment on Trimlight lighting, which has music sync capability. I’d love to be able to have my lights beat to my Sonos system. Talking to the Trimlight guy, he says I would need to connect an Aux cord directly in to my Trimlight box (from a Sonos speaker). Is there a Sonos speaker or way that I can do this? Any thoughts?

I have read that Apple down-mixes Dolby Atmos so that it can be delivered via Apple Music using AAC 256kbps in stereo i.e. they are simulating Dolby Atmos in stereo and I guess this is why they call it Spatial Audio? Does anyone know if this is correct, or whether Spatial Audio is in fact being delivered using the Dolby Digital Plus codec without down-mixing.  Long story short I am trying to figure out whether Apple's Spatial Audio (and Amazon Music Unlimited I guess) is using all of the Era 300’s drivers or just simulating through stereo when playing via S2 app.

My sonos system cannot find the network.  I went from a wireless network to a cable network due to connectivity issues.  I added the ORBI and my sonos system cannot find the network.  I have read all the help and gone down a rabbit hole of troubleshooting, reset the system, deleted the app and reinstalled it. The app is greyed out on my name, network, and service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello. I own:1x One. In room a.1x Arc in room b2x Era 100 in room c as stereo couple. When I open the Sonos App in my iphone I see either room a and b, but not room c.When I “kill” the App in the iphone and open it again, it shows me only room c, but not room a and b.When I “kill” the App again and open it again, it shows again room and b only. This means I can switch what I see every time I kill and restart the App. But I never see all rooms with all devices at once.Any idea? What I really want to do is to add the 2x Eras and the Arc in one room, but this is not possible due to the problem. I never see them together. I also don´t see them together when I put them in the same room on the app. Additional info:All rooms can be seen at the same time by my Apple Macbook. Also, all devices are visble at the Alexa App.As Access Point and Router I use a Unify Dream Router. I already rebooted this router while the Sonos devices where unplugged and re-plugged them one after the other. Also, the r

I have 2 tvs each with a Beam. When I say Alexa turn on tv it is turning on the wrong tv (1)..did not behave like this before. I have disconnect voice assistant on tv 1 but it still understands the on command and tv 2 does not.

Hi,I currently have a Rega Planar 3, Rega MK5, integrated amp, and Polk R200s. I am looking at the Port so I can connect to other Sonos speakers in my house. However, if I don't want to connect to the other Sonos speakers, is it possible to disable the Sonos Port and have the analog signal maintained to my Polks?

My Denon AVR X3700H has a 12v Triggger Out port. I would like to add a Sonos Port so I can add the AVR to the rest of my Sonos speakers. Will the Port turn on the Denon with the 12v trigger if I turn it on using the Sonos app, or is the Denon set up to go the other way and turn on the Port when I fire  up the AVR?

I have lots.of Sonos gear,... and been a user for 6 plus years... Never had an issue with streaming the BBC,.and negotiated the Tunein/BBC Sounds change with no disruption. Suddenly yesterday morning I was unable to connect to BBC Sounds. 'the  connection to BBC Sounds was lost'. I've reauthorise, deleted reconnected etc. Yes, my account thas a UK. Address.etc.I can Bluetooth from my phone or tablet to a Move, but nothing on all the speakers.  I've tried my usual favourites and direct from the BBC service. Has anyone else had this?  Is it an update issue? Have Sonos and the BBC fallen out (again!) Any help would be appreciated Cheers

I have a Sonos Arc capable of Dolby Atmos connected via the eARC to a LG C1 OLED. When attempting to watch Dolby Atmos Endorsed movies (i.e., Top Gun Maverick) the best audio I can get is Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 as indicated by the Sonos App. I have tried the following to correct for the absent Dolby Atmos:1) Unplugged the television for one minute2) Worked with customer support at Prime video to ensure the correct settings were selected3) Worked with LG customer service to ensure the correct settings were selected. LG customer service suggested it was a Prime Video App issue, the not television4) Deleted and reinstalled the Prime Video App5) Ensured Max, Disney+, and Prime Music worked with Dolby Atmos. They all work with Dolby Atmos.5) I unplugged the Arc, turned Dolby Atmos off, selected TV speakers, and then plugged the Arc back in6) eARC is activated on the LG television At this point, I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you, JR

I ask Alexa to “Play The Rolling Stones”. Alexa responds with “This Is The Rolling Stones from Spotify”. Nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling Alexa and Installing Google Assistant. Same result. Have reset the One back to factory settings. Have installed and uninstalled the Sonos app. No joy. Nothing on the Sonos status page to indicate any outages or problems. Not a good introduction to Sonos for my first product bought yesterday. Any solutions or suggestions welcomed. Thanks I ask my (old) Pure Discovr the same thing via Alexa and “This Is The Rolling Stones” Spotify playlist starts playing.

I’m the Sonos account holder in my household. Others in the household use the Sonos app on their devices without signing into my Sonos account. I’m noticing that changes I make to “My Sonos” (e.g. adding a favourite station or playlist) gets reflected in the “My Sonos” tab of other members of the household, even though they aren’t signed into my Sonos account. Is any way to configure user profiles for the “My Sonos” tab (or some similar concept) so each person in the house can have their own “My Sonos” favourites and tab configuration?

HelloI have beam gen2 plus sub gen3 and would really like to add my turntable to the set up. I’m going round in circles (pun intended) trying to decide between an amp, a port or a 5 with a line in. I’ve tried cabling it up to my tv with the RCA but it won’t play through the HDMI arc, it will play via its own input but I don’t want the tv on whilst playing.A second hand 5 is probably most cost effective but would that work with what I already have?  Also tried combining the HDMI into 1 input into the beam but it didn’t like it.  Many thanks in advance. steve
