Hi,

i have sonos play:5 gen1 and noticed that bass works just fine but left and right speakers seems to work very low. Even if volume is high, if bass is reduced, they hardly produce any sound. Thoughts?

Assuming that you’ve checked out the obvious, it sounds similar to what happened to one of my Play 5 Gen 1 a couple of years ago. It may be that one or more amp circuits have blown.

A diagnostic report and a call to support may be in order.

What exactly is your music source? How long have you owned this speaker? Did the low audio just begin recently? Have you tried unplugging the speaker from power for a couple of minutes?

New here. How do you produce diagnostic report? From the S1 app?
