I am trying to correct my Profile address.At present the system has moved my address to USA.  I do not live in the USA.   I have never lived in the USA.I want to correct it to my UK address.I change all the details, having selected EDIT, SAVE the changes and the system then reverts to the US address!How do I fix this?

Hi,We own a Sonos Play Gen 5 and we were using the original Sonos App.Last week we purchased a Sonos One SL for the garden. This obviously requires Sonos 2 app.Since downloading the new app, I now can't use the Sonos Play Gen 5. How can I have the two systems please?I know the limitations around them not being able to play together and that is fine but I was still wanting to use the Play Gen 5 as it's only 5years old.Any advice welcome. Thank you

It is only cosmetics but still bothers a little :) Why no picture for OneSL when Arc, Sub, 300s are showing a picture - Is it because they are now deemed obsolete? I can see this when I go to Sonos.com > My Account > System

Yesterday, my “Family Room” speakers and TV disappeared from my Sonos app.  Before shutting down Sonos, I was not able to select the TV and turn-off the speakers.  Now on the TV, I don’t have sound as the TV can’t find the speakers.  Can anyone help me with this problem?  Thank you.

I have been trying to add services to Sonos and the app just spins. So frustrating!!

Like a couple of others here I am having trouble adding services on the Sonos S1 controller. I have both apps - S2 is working fine. From settings in S1, I go to services and voice, then add a service and I just a blank list with the wheel of death.Happens on both mobile and ipad. Have checked address in my Sonos account is correct. All upgrades applied to mobile and ipad. S1 version 11.9. Have hard rebooted both mobile phone and ipad, reset router (but S2 is OK so shouldn’t be a factor).My system is all wi-fi, older devices, connect:amps and 2 play 5s.The hours of my life I have spent getting all these Sonos devices to work!!

When I try to link to an Alexa account someone else's Amazon account is displayed and it will let me select my own Alexa account. It also won't allow me to sign out or deselect the other person's Alexa account.

I`ve just bought my first Sonos speaker the Move but i`m getting random bad poping and crackling listening to Spotify via bluetooth. I`ve had many other brand bluetooth speakers and never experienced this. It`s not electrical interference as I tried it again today in the middle of an empty field. Any idead of the cause of this or should I send it back to exchange for another. I`ve had it less than a week.😐

Hi, i have a ton of tech in my home on a wifi tplink mesh deco network, i have a powerline ethernet cable going to my garden which has a external wifi booster eap110 tplink to provide wifi in the garden. I have tried to keep the same ssid and password but sonos up just shows the devices as not connected to the same network, is there something clever i can do with changing ip addresses or something else to make the whole thing work. I want to be able to pick ip and move the ‘move’ to the garden from inside and maintain playing on all devices the same music. 

HiCurrently I am using Sonos arc . I have 2 question :Is Sonos is capable for all 3 systems at with one system together ( via Apple TV ) with arc, sub gen 3 and  Era 300 currently I am using Sonos arc. Is it enough if I buy era 300 to get a full Dolby Atmos with large sound ? Or I also need to buy sub gen 3 too ? ( my common room size is 20 sqmthanks 

Just bought a Move, going through the set up it tells me an update is required. Update keeps failing and I get error code 1013 suggesting I move the Move closer to the internet hub. They are sat right next to each other, couldn’t get any closer and yet I still get the error?

I am a IDAGIO subscriber, trying to access IDAGIO via Sonos S1. On my Android phone, I cannot use the “Add Services” function at all. When I click there, instead of getting the menu of services a get a blank screen with 4 dots in the middle going around in a circle, a waiting icon. Never stops waiting. On my PC, I can get to the service menu. I click IDAGIO and then a button to authorize Sonos to use IDAGIO. Up comes an IDAGIO log-in screen. I type my e-mail and password. Very briefly, it flashes “welcome back to IDAGIO” but then that disappears and goes blank. Frozen on a blank webpage, idadio-sonos. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions? 

Hi there,I have an Amp, and 2 outdoor speakers, looking to expand to 4, possibly 6 in the future. The ideal placements for me are in plant boarders, I can get the right distance between speakers, and even set-up for the area. I appreciate they aren't ideally placed for audio perfection (not at ear level, but I've angled toward the listener). My question, will it harm the speakers having them sat on the ground (small gravel), rather than having them mounted? Thank you!

Hi guys, I recently bought an Era 300 for the living room and a 100 for the kitchen. Both are attached to each other via a mesh network (netgear). When I’m streaming they group fine, though I do get the range extender message which I can just ignore. My issue is that when my turntable is connected to the 300 via line-in I get great sound, but for some reason I cannot get the 100 to stream the sound into the kitchen no matter what I try. Im not sure why streaming works but the line-in doesn’t. If anyone knows the answer I’d be really grateful 🙏 

My question is if my roommate has a account on the app with these same speakers paired to it before can he pair them again too his account I started a new account with his speakers attached but he says he can't use his account anymore with these same speakers attached to it?

Hi - I am at a loss on how to connect the above products.My Epson LS800 UST has 2 HMDI ports. HDMI1 and HDMI2 (ARC) (It also has a HDMI 3 for Gaming, but that's not part of this concern.My Denon AVR - X2800 as the usual HDMI port plus one HDMI (ARC) port.The SONOS Soundbar ARC has a HDMI ARC port.The Cable Box has one HDMI1 port.I am currently configuring connections as follows:Epson LS800 HDMI2 (ARC) to the Denon HDMI (Arc)Epson LS800 HDMI1 to the cable box (HDMI1)So.. Where do I connect the SONOS HDMI Arc port?(I have previously connected the SONOS to the EpsonLS800 UST HDMI (Arc) port and that works fine (for sound from Sonos). But then I have an available HDMI (ARC) port on the Denon and no available HDMI (ARC) port on the EPSON (since SONOS is connected there) If I then connect the EPSON HDMI 1 port to the Denon HDM1 (cable/sat) port where do I connect the HDMI1 port from the cable Box?

I’m registering for the first time to my Sonos on the app and it won’t let me, I can hear music with airplay and everything else but I can’t register my speaker to the app so I get to use the voice control, etc. 

Hello to all, After reading SonoS suggestions I have placed the Sub mini just below the Beam (on the floor against the wall) and both are in the exact TV mid and facing the viewer.The “holes” of the Sub mini are parallel to the wall.This because I think that if I place the “holes” perpendicular, the sound coming from the hole against the wall, will bounce on the wall instead of being free.Have I done well ?even though SonoS reports there is no difference on having the hole facing the viewer or less. The rear ERA300 are placed just above the couch (that s against the wall) , facing the TV , at an ear viewer height and at a distance of 1,5m.But having in this position, the viewer has the sound coming directly from the left (of the right speaker) and the right (of the left speaker )drivers only.The up firing drivers send the sound to the ceiling while the other 2 side drivers send the sound on the left and right zone of the room (my side walls are more or less 2,5m far from the viewer. An

How do I turn autoplay off? I thought there was an option at one time, but can’t find it now. Sometimes I don’t want the TV to play anything but its own speaker, but turning on the TV engages autoplay for the Sonos system. I want to disable that on ocassion.

I have Sonos in 2 properties. Property 1 has older items, so uses the old version of app. Property 2 has newer items so uses the newer app. Property 1 has a NAS drive connected to router, for my music. How can (is it possible?) I access this property 1 music source from property 2, so I do not have to copy music onto a second different NAS drive?thanks for any help.Ian

I’m having issues setting Roam up, fresh out of the box.It asks for a system update but then fails citing Error 1013.I have looked at apps on other devices - nothing is trying to update. I have checked Firewall and there is no issue. I’ve tried with the device closer and further away from the router, but no joy. I have reset the speaker (hold 5 seconds, wait 10). I have rebooted the router. I have restarted my phone. I have tried reinstalling the app on my phone (android). I tried updating through laptop (mac).Does anyone have any other ideas? I’m at loose end here.Thanks.

I have tow of the Play:1 as indoor speakers and a Connect:Amp for outdoors with speakers hardwired to this.  I am trying to get podcasts to play on the Sonos using airplay.I go to podcasts (not on Sonos app) and try to airplay, the Sonos systems are not showing up.  I am on the same network so it is not a network issue. If I look for podcasts on the Sonos app I do not see the podcasts from my iPhone (most recent model, fully up to date) listed. After doing some reading I think I might have to factory reset all speakers to get them to be recognized.  But before I did this I wanted to see if anyone has other suggestions. I am open to other suggestions on how to play podcasts from an iPhone, my wife wants the easiest way possible.
