After plugging in a Sonos Beam into the ARC HDMI port with a Samsung Frame (Portrait) TV— the Samsung TV now displays Sonos’ screensaver constantly instead of turning off normally, I’d like to go back to the Samsung Portrait working normally where the display is off until I enter the room and then a static Samsung provided image shows up. How can I disable this screensaver Sonos feature?

On my Sonos system, out of the blue I saw that my SoundCloud wasn’t connecting and Sonos was asking me to re-authorize it, which I’d never seen before. Once I tried to, I kept receiving an error 500 message and Sonos wouldn’t allow me to connect.

Can this be done? I think I read I’ll need an amp for each pair of ceiling speakers and wall speakers but curious if these can all be paired together?

I have dropped my Pandora subscription and would like to delete Pandora from my Sonos 1.  Any suggestions on how to delete that station?  TIA

I have a stereo pair of Play:5 . Also other Sonos equipment in the house. They are all connected on Wifi.   When playing music on the stereo pair of the Play:5, music drops out. Is it possible to setup more than 2 Era 100 Speakers in one room with and Arc soundbar and Sub? I purchased a 3rd and everytime I set it up, I select the correct room and instead of adding it there, it creates another room with the same name and adds a 2 at the end. Am I doing something wrong or can you only have a max of 2 in each room?

Trying to play music from Plex to my sonos. Some albums play, no problem. Some albums i get the following error message. - “Unable to play ‘song title’ - the connection to Plex was lost”Things I have tried-Checked Sonos app for updates Checked Plex for updates. Restart plex. Restart phone Re-authorize Plex account Delete and reinstall plex service. Stop and re-start plex server i have the same problem if I use the app on my phone or my computer. I am able to play these songs through “Plexamp” - which makes me think it is a Sonos problem? My server is hosted on a Synology 920+

I have a turntable with both RCA, BT and USB connectivity. Can I plug the USB turntable to the USB port in the 300? Also can I use the BT to pair with the 300? What is better?

My Sonos apps (Mac OS, iOS) stopped connecting to Spotify sometime this afternoon (CET). Is this a systemwide outage? I can play Spotify directly from my computer and devices, the problem seems to be in the connection between Sonos and the Spotify service.

I have a new router and password and since then cannot connect to my Sonos system. I have followed all the steps carefully but it still does not connect. Also in total I bought different Sonos speakers as I live in two places. I have bought 4 Play: 1 devices of which 3 are here. It only shows me 2 and none of them have the serial number of the ones I bought for here. At least one should, but none do.  what could the problem be?

Hello. I have an existing Sonos system and a new PC.  Play One x 2 , Play 3 X 1 , Play 5 X 1, Soundbar and a Bridge. I’m not keeping the old PC . When I download S1 it asks if I’m connecting to an existing or a new system. I’m guessing I select existing as the devices will all be registered with Sonos ? Computer is new and the old computer will not be on the network in the final system. Router remains the same.

I'm deaf in my right ear and can't understand dialogue.I can't hear stereo or surround  sound. Is there anything that will help?

Have just upgraded from Sonos One surrounds to Era 300 and checking placement.  Doesn’t sound as prominent as I’d expect. Anything I can do to improve it?

Hi,I have an old ZonePlayer ZP80 that I’m hoping to use with my new Sony sound bar that has an AUX input to play music in my living room. It’s a HT-XF9000.  is this possible or would I need an amp like the ZP100/120 (have one of these too)? thanks!

I consider to buy Sonos 1 sl to set up a multi room system in my Appartement.i want to fix the Sonos on the ceiling. Do you now if the “standard”wall support are ok for this of so I need to buy special support ?  Thanks

I tried a search but couldn’t quite get what I was looking for, so quick question if I may. I have house full of Sonos gear (Arc, 4xPlay1’s, Play 3, Gen3 sub, 2xRoams, and a new Port), however I also have a Yamaha amp, turntable (with external pre-amp) and two wired speakers. I’d like to be able to connect that system to the Sonos sub. Is this possible using the Port. I just can’t get my head around if / how it could work. I’m happy to connect the turntable to the Port if that works somehow.

I have two networks that I ‘move’ between.  One is a Netgear Orbi network, the other is just a home gateway provided by my ISP. Everything works fine at home, but I can’t seem to connect to my Orbi network with the Move. It fails when I attempt to connect to that network using the Sonos app. I called Sonos support, and while I appreciate that the Sonos system is a “very complicated system”, I’m having trouble understanding how my computer, phone, tablet, etc don’t seem to have any problems managing literally 100s of other networks, while the Move requires a factory reset if you want to ‘move’ it to another WiFI network. Oh, it’ll do Bluetooth fine, but if you want to stream directly from your network, so the music will keep playing when you walk too far from the speaker, you’ll have to do that within the confines of your home network. Otherwise, get used to factory resets, and other BS if you want to ‘move’ the Move around.Come on Sonos, this is a ridiculous limitation. When can we exp

Why is my Sonia five speakers not registering

Have my turntable playing on the Era 100 through the line-in. However, I cannot get it to play on my other Sonos One speakers in the house. On the app, it shows I can group the rooms together and it looks like they should all be playing the same music from the turntable. But no sound on the other speakers. I went to one of my other Sonos One speakers, held the play button so it would start playing whatever music was already on (which works all the time when I’m streaming music). But all it did was force the Era 100 to stop playing my turntable and start playing streaming music. Surely you’re supposed to be able to stream music from a line-in source to other Sonos speakers in your house, right?

I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S8 to a Google Pixel 7.  On my S8, I was able--by default--to increase the volume of my Sonos smart speakers from the lock screen and unlocked anywhere on my phone.  This was my preference.  Now, on my Pixel, I can only increase the volume of my speakers when I’m in the Spotify or Sonos apps.  Does anyone know how to increase the volume of my speakers instead of my phone’s volume no matter what screen I’m on, locked or otherwise?  Thanks!

Hi,I was setting up an older Sonos system an our cabin and wanted to add a WD100 iPod dock to it. Sonos said it was no longer supported, but I was hoping someone had a work around. I’ve got an older iPod that has all my music on it. My system consists of a bridge, two Play 5’s (in different rooms), and a Play 1.if anyone knows a way to make it work, please let me know. I’ve gone through the process with Sonos support, but I’m not sure how good the support rep was. Thanks,Gary
