I have a Samsung TV with a Beam Gen2

The beam will randomly raise in volume to max level ( ridiculously loud) when TV is on or when playing music…. But also hear a pooping sound ( the sound it makes when you physically raise the volume button ) when the TV is off… then when it happens when the TV is off.. I check my Sonos app ( TV still off) and the volume slider button has moved to max volume… when it was previously halfway 

I have done everything suggested in the forums …unplugged absolute every connection including internet etc.. but I will be lying in my bed at say 5am in the morning .. no TV or anything else on.. and hear the popping sound raising the volume.. PLEASE HELP 🙏

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - the source of each volume changing command is recorded in the logs, and it should be a simple matter to determine where these commands are coming from.
