While I love the sound of my Sonos, I’m at wits end with it. Without fail it will lose connectivity to either one set or another. Everything is connected to a single network that is always on. But still, ‘we can’t find your system’, restart everything, restart your router, start the $%#@ over. So every week or two I have to set everything back up. Anyone having this issue and find a fix?The routine basically ends up with me having to do factory resets and then put the system together again. This will last for anything between a few days and a few weeks.Would greatly appreciate any help!!

Does the TV Level in the Arc app under Surround Audio adjust both front and rear surrounds or just rears?

Trying to set up Quobuz. Following the prompts in the Sonos app. Get to ‘Authorize Quobuz’, click it, then Error 500 - can anyone help? Thanks

Hi, Why sonos did not put a optical input behind the sonos five devices instead of a 3.5 jack analogic. Analogic create a lip sync delay since opital cable does not. I need to buy a sound bar because that issue.

Maybe this topic has been discussed in some form before but I would like to see If I can get a definitive answer. My setup now is Arc + Sub + Era  300.  My Tv is a LG CX with passthrough enabled. So I just upgraded my Play:1 to Era 300 for surround sound. My main playback device is an ATV 4K with Infuse for playing back my Blu-ray rips. This all works great except ofcourse for Dolby TrueHD Atmos because the ATV 4K will convert everyyhing to LPCM. This is the reason I bought a Zidoo Z9X Pro with passthrough for movies with Dolby TrueHD Atmos. This also works great and the Era 300's sound amazing. So I was doing some testing with some Dolby TrueHD files (No Atmos! This is important) and I noticed that the Zidoo with passthrough is much louder than the ATV 4K + Infuse that outputs LPCM 7.1. Reduce loud sounds is off.  I know that in theory the LPCM stream should be identical to the TrueHD stream (just uncompressed).  Any ideas on how this is possible. Does the ATV 4K just have lower outpu

I have a new pair ERA100, set up as a stereo pair with a sub-mini, and have the following two problems:-No 1: Playing music in more than one zone, the pair sometimes drop out of the group unexpectedly. They can be added back immediately and without any problem (issues like this in the distant past have been “networky”, and the missing zone had lost its connection to the Sonos network and would not add back without some hassle).Could this be related to a keyboard shortcut that drops a zone from a group? I am not sure, but it seems to happen when I am typing on the keyboard of the Windows computer with the S2 client.I am not in the Sonos software when typing and this cause/effect may be my imagination. No 2: Whether grouped with other zones, or playing on their own the right speaker sometimes goes dead. It is still showing up as a device in the software settings, but unplugging the mains seems to be the only way to make it pair back up. It ha#e only happened with one of the pair.ERA100 ca

It seems the integration with Radioplayer is broken again  1. The radio stations that I have added to my homescreen in the past do not start anymore clicking on them 2. Searching for radiostations in the old search do not include Radioplayer stations anymore 3. Searching for radio stations in the new search state that Radioplayer is not responding. The service status page does not mention any issue, which is obviously wrong.

I have a playbase, a sub and 2 play 1s as part of my tv setup. The sound keeps breaking up when I’m watching tv. This seems to be even worse when someone else is browsing the internet. I have internet speeds of 60mbps so can’t see why this should be happening. Any suggestions on what I can change to stop this?

recently when using Deezer, each time a song ends/begins at least one speaker stops working and starts again about 10-15 seconds into the song.whe I try to disconnect a speaker from the group, it freezes and continues to show all speakers as connected. I have reauthorised deezer, cleared data and cache, rebooted the router, and reinstalled the app but nothing works.

Got a new Wi-Fi setup.  There is a router and extender all with the same network name.  Works fine for tablets, etc.  Three Sonos are near the router and one is near the extender.  the app can usually connect to one version of the network or the other but has trouble finding the Sonos devices depending on which network it uses.  I would have thought that was a fairly standard set up these days but it looks like Sonos struggles with it.  Are they likely to fix it?

I have purchased a Project T1 BT deck and assumed it would connect via Bluetooth to my Sonos Beam and Sub wirelessly. The Bluetooth switch is on but it won’t connect. Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong or if I need a preamp? Thanks, Luke

VERY FRUSTRATING.  ALL API ACCES S AND EMAIL IS RIGHT - ALTHOUGH ITS NOT PULLING IN MY YOUTUBE PLAY LIST.

Hi.I could not find any place this questions where asked, and i might have not been looking hard enough🙃. Anyhow….i got my hands on two used Play1 from different sellers. On arrival i notice that one was in exellent condition, but the otherone you could tell it have been used. A few scratches on top an over all i can tell by the colour it was a bit faded.I set them ut as stereo-pair and try adding them to the Apple Tv….no luck. I learn the hard way that this is some old speakers. Long story short,i have a single ERA 100 witch i connect to Apple Tv over Airplay, and then group the Play1 and turn off the volume on the 100.But when i start listening to the Play1’s i discover that the mor used one sounds different than the prestine one. So i’m interested to hear if anyone have experience bout anyone had to replace their elements(mid or tweeter)….cause of soundquality or if they blew.I can hear clearly that this Play1 is not blown but i can hear things in music that aint as crisp all the way

I have experienced songs starting and moving on only after 10-15 seconds. I’ve investigated different playback methods and found this phenomena happens when applying crossfade. Looks like a software glitch. I’m using Spotify.  can this be rectified?

Is it possible to have a single Connect attached to a Yamaha receiver that has two zones of non-Sonos speakers and set each speaker zone up as a distinct room that can be grouped or ungrouped with the Sonos app?  We originally setup this configuration about seven years ago and we were able use the Sonos app to group and ungroup the two speaker zones (each with a distinct room name).  We had to take the system apart for house repairs and when I put the system together again I can only configure one room per Connect on the receiver.  Any ideas how the system might have been originally configured?

My Sonos Move will not connect to the wifi all of a sudden and the microphone light is on. I tried the reset instructions in the app with no luck.

So I designed a small cinema in a house I'm working on which is going to have space for an Arc front facing, 4 in wall speakers- two on each side of the cinema room filling 100% of the room and a space for rear speakers, planning on going with Sonos 5’s as rear surrounds or the Era 300s. I’m confused as to how to set them all up. The number of Amps to be used here isn't a problem. Any suggestions? Much appreciated. thank you

I have a problem I went on vacation in Mexico the house we stayed at had a Sono system I connected to it. Now at home in the USA I bought a Sonos Arc and I cannot login into my account to make changes it shows what must be the email to the Sonos account in Mexico what to do.

I have some newer Sonos speakers (One, Play:5, Arc) and they will play the stations. They all work fine with Spotify and Amazon and indeed normal music from Apple Music. But if I play an episode from Matt Wilkinson for instance the Play:1 units will not make any sound. If I hit the play on the unit it starts / stops music everywhere, and the volume buttons make changes in my iOS app. But no sound. Not sure what to do.

Thinking of a T1 turntable with the Play 5.How are they connected? Can it be grouped with my other Sonos speakers? Thanks

Making a new thread because none of the existing threads on this topic fix my issue.Got a new Sonos Roam yesterday. Tried to set it up, absolute nightmare (incidentally, all my Sonos set up experiences have been a bit disappointing, which is a shame because once set up, the products are great). Anyway. I can get to the stage where Roam tries to join my wifi network. After a while, it says:The connection to your Sonos Roam was lost. Move your mobile device closer and make sure Sonos Roam is powered on. My phone is right next to the Sonos Roam. There are no issues with the wifi dropping out. When I click continue, it prompts me to receive an audio PIN again (fine) and then when it starts flashing white and green tells me:Make sure the light on your Sonos Roam is flashing white and green, then press the button on it to continue.Light is fine, I press the button, but nothing happens. Eventually, then says:We didn’t detect a button press from your Sonos Roam. Let’s try again. Doesn’t matter

I recently put my small Sonos system in place on our patio: a Roam that lives outside in a dock in the warmer months paired with an Amp that is hooked into to Sonance speakers. Its a simple system and we are really happy with the audio quality from it.The reason we wanted the Roam paired with the Amp was to give voice control to the system. In a paired group we get exactly what we wanted. Only trouble comes when the power goes out, we have to go back into the amp and manually pair the devices again. I have seen a few posts of users with similar problems. Is there some kind of permanent solution to this? Overall we are very happy with our system, this is one of the few frustrations we have had.A couple of threads I saw:Keep device groups after power cycle | Sonos CommunityKeep the group after a power loss | Sonos Community

I am looking on purchasing a Sonos Arc, sub and 300’s for my surround sound solution soon.  I am going from your typical AV receiver to all the speakers via wires.  All my inputs go into my Onkyo AV receiver via HDMI and then one HDMI cable to the TV.I was wondering if I can just remove the speakers from the AV receiver and keep my inputs in place and essentially use my AV receiver as my HDMI hub.  This is mostly because my TV does not have enough HDMI inputs.  I would then use a HDMI Arc connection from my TV to the Sonos Arc soundbar and then of course connect the sub and 300’s via wireless.  Would this work?Devices:LG 60” TVOnkyo receiver (can’t remember the model atm)HD FireStick (primary source for TV - YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, etc)Playstation 4Playstation 5Xbox XThanks in advance for your thoughts and inputRob
