I have a problem I went on vacation in Mexico the house we stayed at had a Sono system I connected to it. Now at home in the USA I bought a Sonos Arc and I cannot login into my account to make changes it shows what must be the email to the Sonos account in Mexico what to do.

Try deleting and re-installing the Sonos app and try to log in using your email and password.
