I'm deaf in my right ear and can't understand dialogue.
I can't hear stereo or surround sound.

Not really from Sonos, there isn’t any ‘hard of hearing’ aspect to their software. I’d encourage you to look in to hearing aids to help resolve this issue, which could then be applied to any system.
