Sound blocked at 15% with Arc and Sub

Hi all

 

I have an Arc+Sub, different One and a Move.

 

The Arc+Sub are not connected on a TV at thé moment, i use just for music

 

What ever i do, volume on Arc+Sub automaticaly down at 15% max or less (volume reducer 100%)

 

Do You know this problem ?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If the room will not go above 15% volume, that implies an amplifier circuit fault - I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports, and will be able to go through your replacement options with you.
