I am unable to see Tidal under the Services list when I try to add Music Services. I live in UAE and Tidal is available in the country. My Connect and Sonos app are updated to the latest versions. What could be the issue ?

Hi. I’ve seen several posts around this question but none specifically answered.  First off, I love Sonos. We have it throughout our house in USA. However, we are building a house in Mexico.  We will have wifi but reliability is in question.  so, my question:  Can I stream music via Apple AirPlay2 from my iPhone to an AirPlay2 enabled Sonos speaker WITHOUT A WIFI CONNECTION?  I’ve gotten a YES and NO answer to this question.  i want to buy Sonos but without Bluetooth I am afraid we would be without music if wifi failed.  Thanks for your help.

I have seven zonos on my Sonos system.  One of my zones isn’t working. I have raised and lowered the volume and there is not sound. This zone has four speakers, so it’s not a bad speaker.  All the other zones work perfectly. All my Connect Amps are powered on and have a solid white light.  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot / fix?

Hi all, I have a Samsung A73, and a re-installed Sonos app. The Sonos app doesn't show the Samsung Music folder. I reinstalled the app, gave permission to access Music, but still nothing. Anyone knows the solution? Thanks!Bart

Even though the switch is ON in the app, the speaker can not be control by toutching the button, only via the app. ??

I know the Roam has Battery Saver and Wifi Power Saver, but it should have the ability to choose to complete power it off after lets say 30min.If i power it off and keep it in the charger stand, it will indicate on Sonos app that it is off and not response, while it still charges to full and stay off.I dont need it to be “online” all the time like the rest of my Sonos One system, and it should have a feature like that, to also save the battery in the long run, and not force me to have to remember to turn it completely off.

I have the latest Apple TV 4K and what to have the Dolby Atmos sound through the Sonos Arc. However, the TV only has one eARC port which I’ll use for the Sonos Arc. Does Apple TV 4K need an eARC input on the TV also to pass through?TIA

Hi, ive got a Sonos Beam (Gen1) and a REL sub (Active Sub with Line-In). The Beam has no output sockets, and my LG OLED TV only lets me use 1 sound output at a time, hence i’m using HDMI arc currently to the Sonos Beam I see a Sonos Connect (not the amp version) has a ‘sub line out’ which i assume will  allow me to get the sub working. However i’m confused, how does the Sonos Connect get a line-in (the actual sound feed), or does the sonos software use its magic and take it from the network cable and see the Beam on the network and play the music in sync via the sub? please advise/help if you can please before i commit to buying a Sonos Connectthanks

I am a pub quizmasterI usually connect to pub systems from a little audio mixer INTO which I feed my music player and microphone and connect OUT from that usually via RCAs or XLRs to the pub’s amp.A new pub want a quiz night but the pub has 2 x Sonos Play 3 speakers. We cannot see how to connect to this.Is there a simple solution? Can we connect our mixer to the Sonos somehow? Will there be any kind of delay? A quick look at some other posts seemed to suggest that Sonos doesn’t really work in the normal way and there will always be some kind of delay from the a mic that gets plugged in?

On a completely ‘refreshed’ network, where my Sonos speakers and components are no more than 10 unimpeded feet away from the router (on a 1 gig network), Spotify routinely skips a song (or more) and starts 10 seconds into a song 4-5 songs down on the playlist.Apparently this is a 4-year old problem without resolution. My research indicates people asking this question that long ago and *still* there is no resolution for it. I spent thousands on Sonos gear at this point. That it is incompatible with the world’s leading music streaming service is pathetic. Why not admit that Sonos doesn’t support Spotify? And why do you close off conversations in this support community as if the problem has actually been resolved?

Do any of the Sonos device have direct support for “Tidal Connect” where Tidal is streamed over Wifi, not Bluetooth?

unable to manage library.  returns message unable to connect

I just got a frame TV installed for my mom on tile, and she absolutely loves the look of it without a soundbar. I bought a sub and 2 era 300s for her, and I’m trying to figure out the best setup.I’m not able to connect these devices to the TV. What product would I need to make this happen. I saw a few people saying I would need an amp, is that the case? If so, just the sonos amp? What does the amp do? Will it be possible to get output from both the TV and the sonos products (era 300s, sub)? Thanks ahead of time!

Hi there, looking to install a Sonos system where I can hard wire a number of speaks in different rooms, any suggestions on what system I should purchase? thanks

I have an Arc, two 300s and a Gen3 Sub in my 15 x 15 bedroom with 9’ ceiling.  Is there any way I can get more width from the Arc?  Sorry, I don’t have much technical audio experience, so I hope I’m explaining myself properly.  With other systems I’ve used, I really hear things going from right to left and left to right in the front field.  With the Arc, sounds that should be coming at me from one side to the other, just seem to be coming at me from the center.  Can I widen that field?  It brings to mind my older Pioneer Reference Panel that has side mounted speakers.  The separation I get there really makes you feel like things are going from one side to the other and adds so much dimension to the sound field.

I have an old Toshilba TV - 10 years old at least.  No ARC connection, also the Optical output is old style and does not fit with the cable provided.  Is there another solution to adding my Beam to the TV ?  Best solution is a new TV, but this one has great picture and nothing wrong with it.

As above.  I have a system that’s been running on S2 well.  A lightning strike killed my Connect controller and I bought a replacement.  But now I’m told that the replacement isn’t compatible, it only works on S1.  By my experience, that’s simply not true.  I’d appreciate some clarification.  Thanks.

Hi everyone My current set-up is a Beam (connected via ARC on TV) and an One.I am struggling with an issue when pairing both speakers to either for TV use or playing same music in different spaces. The sound is ok on the Beam but the sound is jerky and keeps cutting (every 30sec-1min).While playing the sound only on the One, no issue. Does any one have an idea of the issue and how to correct this?  thanks so much!Boris

Just upgraded to three Era 100s, and have a Move.  Spectrum just upgraded to Sagemcom SAX1V1S router which doesn't seem to be compatible with my system.  Recommendations for a new router?

My sonos move wont recharge after battery depletion

I have an Arc, Gen3 Sub and 2 Era300s.  I sit about 10’-12’ from the screen, almost against a back wall.  The two 300s sit about 1’ from the back of my head, off to the sides and about 5’ from me.  Can you tell me in which direction the 300s should be facing?

Hello! Can I install anode number (5) of Sonos Sonance Architectural or do they only work in pairs? Thanks!

Do the screw holes on the Arc mount match-up with the screw holes in the Playbar mount? Can you mount the Arc in the same location as a previously mounted Playbar without having to drill any new holes in the wall?

Every app I have tried to play podcasts from through Sonos Immediately goes back to 1x speed once connected to my Sonos speakers. I don’t want to have to return my Sonos if I don’t have to, Is there any solution for this? I am currently using my $2k+ sound system only half the time because I can’t listen to podcasts or Audible at faster than 1x speed. This is not just a nice to have feature, but something one would assume the system can do before buying.
