I have a 7 year old Boost and Playbar. Everything works great with our TV, and when playing music (pandora) via our Iphones (10XR) and our Ipads. Using the Sonos2 app.  Will this system work with a new Move speaker bought in June of 2023?

Hi In the manual it says: “Note that Line-In is disabled on Era 100s that are being used as surround speakers in a Sonos home theater.”  What about a simple stereo-setup with two 100s? Kind regards 

I am moving and leaving Sono’s amplifiers and a sonos sound bar with the new owners, I need to remove them from my system, Do I need to call support with the serial numbers and they can remove or can I remove within the App.  :Thank youBob

Hi,I have a switch right beside me router, and I got 2 Ethernet wires to bring me Internet from the switch to the farthest side of my home. At that place, I have to connect a Sonos Playbar, a recent 4K TV, 4K bluray player and the Bell fibe receiver for TV channels. So I’m short of two Ethernet connections. I wish to wire-connect everything. What is the best way to do it? If I buy a second switch, how should I wire it? If I can connect only one item in the first switch, which one should it be, considering all others will be connected in the second switch? What should I connect in the second Ethernet outlet of the Playbar?Thanks a lot!!

My System Runs flawlessly when the “Associated Product” is a Wired Sonos Play Bar (Gen 1) wired as part of a 5.1 System.Regularly the “Associated Product” switches to a Play 1 (Gen1) on the Sonosmesh. This causes songs to skip to next track halfway through etc … all the regularly sonos issues. How Can I lock the “Associated Product” to a wired ethernet producted??

Hi all, I am trying to achieve an atmos setup in living room area. I have the Sonos Arc, Sub (gen 3) and an Amp powering rear in wall sonance. I believe that this will achieve the 5.1.2 system ? I would like to know if I add additional pair of sonance in ceiling speakers to the same amp, will this still achieve the dolby atmos or is it unnecessary to have the ceiling speakers ? 

I have an Arc Bar, two Sonos Ones for surround and a sub working together (or used to) in my living room.Yesterday (1/23/2023) there was an update to the system/app for Apple and now the system no longer stays connected or even works together.All speakers are intermittent in connecting to the app as well as themselves. I can not form the surround room anymore. The sub just wont connect at all.I have factory reset the entire system at least 4 times at this point. There has been no change to my wifi system for over a year and nothing else is having issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello allI’ve recently purchased a second hand connect amp (2nd gen) along with two new sonos ceiling speakers to add to my existing kitchen set up (2 x ones and a sub). It appears the connect amp has to be in its own separate room and grouped with the kitchen - a bit annoying as they tend to ungroup themselves but I can live with it (is this the same with the latest amp?). After a short time of listening to the grouped system the wifi tends to drop out and I have to reset the router. This wasnt happening before i added the connect amp and it also tends to happen when i first use the speakers in the morning, so im pretty sure the connect amp is the cause. Does anyone have an idea why this might be? Hardwiring the connect amp to the router may be possible, will that help?Thanks in advance!

I hired an av installer to setup my house that we were remolding.  In one of the rooms I told him that I wanted to setup a surround sound home theater.  He suggested and installed 4 x ceiling speakers and two sonos amps.  It has been a few months and I never felt like it sounded correctly, so I found an iOS app that would play test surround sound by playing to each speaker.  After doing this I discovered that the rear speakers play when sound is playing to all the speakers, but will not only play the left rear or right rear.  I don’t know if this is possible to have two amps in a surround sound setup.  If it is possible I haven’t been able to figure out to set this up.  Currently I have an eARC connection going from my TV to the front amp.  When I add the rear amp for surround sound it still plays the left/right rear sounds through the left/right front speakers.  This makes me feel like it isn’t possible to setup two amp in a surround sounds and that my best option is to add soundbar (

Hi, I've spent a fair while searching and can't find a solution to this.I've just purchased a Sonos 100 for listening to music from tidal at home.In the android app I go to add the tidal music service, but tidal isn't in the list.I've tried casting from the tidal app to the speaker, but this doesn't work. My googling says this is because I need to add the tidal music service first? Is anyone able to help please?  

Hi,I am looking at purchasing a Sonos Amp as well as 2 pairs of Sonos in-ceiling speakers. I want to use 2 ceiling speakers (1 pair) outdoors for outdoor entertainment, and the other 2 speakers (1 pair) in the lounge room for watching TV as well as listening to music, all connected into the one amp. I would like to be able to turn off the outdoor speakers while using the indoor ones and vice-versa.   I have done some searching and found that a cost effective alternative (instead of buying another amp) is to buy an impedance matching switch. When will Sonos be fixing the playlists on the android? They work fine on the Desktop app: Sonos Playlists on Desktop App work fine.No Playlists on Android. Not here either.Nor here. 

Hi,I recently bought the Era 100. It all works fine except for being able to play music on voice command.Alexa responds to other voice commands like alarms, the weather, accessing radio stations via Tune In etc. But when I say "Alexa, play [so and so] on Spotify" Alexa responds by saying "Here is [so and so] on Spotify". But nothing after that happens.I also own a Sonos One and it worked fine. But ever since I bought the Era 100 (I had to update the Sonos app to setup) now the Sonos One doesn't work for music requests either.I've disabled the skill in the Alexa app and reinstalled, reinstalled sonos app, added alexa voice service but nothing helps. Any help would be appreciated. 

I have 4 speakers in the ceiling in a theater room (2 front and 2 rear).  I just got an Arc for the TV.  I have connected the 2 front speakers (left and right) to one connect:amp and the 2 rear speakers (left and right) to another connect:amp. I currently do not have wired ethernet available in that room. 2 questions: Can I set it up to use the Arc and the 2 front and 2 rear speakers? I am confused on the ethernet connect need.  The online directions say “The Sonos home theater speaker is wired to the Connect:Amp with an Ethernet cable and another Sonos product is wired to the router.”  Does that mean I can take an ethernet cable from the Arc to  an unmanaged switch and then 2 ethernet cables from the switch (1 to each) to connect:amps.  Then I can take a totally different connect:amp (not associated with the theater room) and connect it to the router by ethernet?Sorry for the crazy question.  I thought I would just be able to do it all wirelessly when I set it up.

Hi , we have a beam and two sonos ones.  All have been working for months with our tv sky box and playing music through Spotify , but for some reason they have dropped off the Internet and won't recognise and connect anymore .  We've turned the router and the sonos products on and off several times but to no avail. Any ideas and help.much appreciated.  Maddie

Hallo.Ich richte gerade mein Sonossystem ein.Irgendwie finde ich keine Möglichkeit die Era 300 über Trueplay einzustellen.Unter "Mein System" und "Produkte" finde ich die eingerichteten Räume und gehen dann z.B auf den 300er aber finde nirgendwo eine Trueplay-Tuning Möglichkeit.Jemand ne Idee?

Hey all…So I have a wild problem. the second I activate the turnable a green light flashes once on the era 100 that does not have the direct line-in, and the speaker disconnects from the system. There is a pre-amp (one listed as recommended by Sonos), and a sub (unaffected). I tried twice to resolve over the phone, and even ordered a new era 100, yet the problem persists. listening to streaming music doesn’t cause this issue. tried ungrouping the pair, resets, and the usual fixes.  Wifi connection is “excellent”speakers are four feet apartrouter is brand new and close, not much in between it and speakersthere are no devices that should cause interference  anyone have any ideas or experienced this as well ?

The volume seems too loud when playing from Apple  music , Tidal etc in the Sonos app. Anyone else experience this?

Hello,It’s been 3 weeks that Alexa, sonos s2 and Amazon music are buggy.when I ask Alexa to play music, song is launched but when I check on the Sonos app I have no picture, no tittlesometiles it works, but when I click next on the Sonos app, same, no picture and title and I can’t clicknext.same with Deezer. of cours I disabled all skills, reset Alexa and Sonos music app 

I've bought a New Sonos Era100 speaker but can't add Spotify to the music service. Pleas help
