Issue with paired speakers

Hi everyone

My current set-up is a Beam (connected via ARC on TV) and an One.

I am struggling with an issue when pairing both speakers to either for TV use or playing same music in different spaces.

The sound is ok on the Beam but the sound is jerky and keeps cutting (every 30sec-1min).

While playing the sound only on the One, no issue.

Does any one have an idea of the issue and how to correct this?

thanks so much!

For music, if you are selecting the Beam and Grouping the one and getting audio issues you could instead try selecting the One and Grouping the Beam to it. If you get audio issues both ways I’d met on WiFi issues.

If you are playing TV audio to the Beam and ‘grouping’ (not pairing/bonding) that product to your Sonos One speaker and you are encountering audio interruption issues, then try increasing the ‘Group Audio Delay’ (audio buffer) in the Beams rooms settings. ‘Settings/System/[Beam Room Name]’.. Set it to Medium, High or Max and perhaps see which setting eradicates the audio issue.

Thanks. I have tried this solution and it seems to be working for now (on medium).

Issue is only one way (and only with tv - not music it seems), but I have definitely bookmarked this solution. Thanks
