I have the latest Apple TV 4K and what to have the Dolby Atmos sound through the Sonos Arc. However, the TV only has one eARC port which I’ll use for the Sonos Arc. Does Apple TV 4K need an eARC input on the TV also to pass through?

No, any HDMI input will carry the eARC signal in to the TV. The only output will be on the port labeled eARC on your TV, which you’ve indicated you have your Sonos connected to. Just make sure you double check the audio settings on your Apple TV.
