I have seven zonos on my Sonos system.  One of my zones isn’t working. I have raised and lowered the volume and there is not sound. This zone has four speakers, so it’s not a bad speaker.  All the other zones work perfectly. All my Connect Amps are powered on and have a solid white light.  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot / fix?

Maybe swap the problem Amp for one of your other Amps and begin to narrow down where the problems may lie. It seems like a good place to start, particularly if you’ve perhaps already power-cycled the Amp and your router too.
