Do the screw holes on the Arc mount match-up with the screw holes in the Playbar mount?

Do the screw holes on the Arc mount match-up with the screw holes in the Playbar mount? Can you mount the Arc in the same location as a previously mounted Playbar without having to drill any new holes in the wall?
