Sonos Zone Not Working

I have seven zonos on my Sonos system.  One of my zones isn’t working. I have raised and lowered the volume and there is not sound. This zone has four speakers, so it’s not a bad speaker.  All the other zones work perfectly. All my Connect Amps are powered on and have a solid white light.  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot / fix?

Maybe swap the problem Amp for one of your other Amps and begin to narrow down where the problems may lie. It seems like a good place to start, particularly if you’ve perhaps already power-cycled the Amp and your router too.

In Sonos speak you have seven “rooms” of which one isn’t working. If you are looking further for solutions, using the right lingo could help.
