Hi,  In the last week or so my Sonos One has stopped being able to browse my YouTube Music via my “Your Likes” playlist, and via “Songs”. All other browse selections work fine (Artists, Albums, other playlists). I can still play songs from those lists fine.I’ve seen old posts related to list size issues … my library is approx 4.5k songs and “My Likes” playlist is approx 2k songs. Browsing these has never been an issue until recently.I’ve rebooted everything, upgraded router firmware, removed and re-added YouTube Music account to Sonos One. No change from any of this.Does anyone know what the issue is ? 

I have an existing Arc and 2 x OneSL as Surrounds as one room and 2 x OneSL as another room. How do I add the extra 2 x One SL to the Arc to give me 4 One SL as surround sound? 

How do I turn off the green light on top of Sonos play one?

Hi all,i’ve a surround system composed by 1 sonos arc + 2 sonos one sl as rear channesl. Sometimes i play music from youtube videos from my tv and i get worst experience compared to playing music directly from the app. I’m not talking about youtube lower audio quality but the “problem” is that audio is beign played by the tv and processed to play also on rear channels from a stereo pcm source (with sonos trying to figure out where sound should came from, for example voice on front and some background on rears). That result in audio getting a lot worse than playing music from sonos app and rear speaker set as “ambient”.Is there a way to manually tell the system to threat audio from tv as per “music” source? If not i think that would be a nice addition to the system because it is possible to also reproduce music from the tv non only movies or tv programs.I hope i’ve be clear enough.Thank you.

I recently added an Era 100 to my existing system of Sonos Ones in two different rooms, Beam and Boost. The Era keeps going missing. Almost every time I want to use it I have to find missing product, turn off/on the Era and router to make the speaker appear. I have a Virgin hub and Linksys mesh router. Thanks for any suggestions…

I just bought the Sonos ARC and am super impressed at how easy it was to setup and the sound quality I get from just the bar.  In the past I’ve bought AV receivers and speakers and always struggled with setting them up properly and optimizing sound.  I have to say I don’t think I will ever go back to the traditional setup after purchasing the ARC.With that being said, I would like to start planning a 7.2.4 setup.  What speakers do I need for a great 7.2.4 setup and how should they be placed?  Do I use all ERA 300s?  Or do you mix other speakers as well?

Hi ,I have the beam gen 2 + sub mini and wanted to add 2 x Era 100 which I did, I cant say thay I feel the difference by adding Era 100 to get more out of it. the both Era 100 cant be heard ( only a little and doesnt  change much if the volume is high ) and there is almost zero effect on surround even watching movies via apple TV with Atmos.they do better work when listening to music on stereo mode but surround is def. not what I was expecting.any other here using the same and not happy with it ? 

We are working on a case where the following in a requirement.1. Soundbar for Living  & 3 Bedrooms 2. Portable speakers in Dining and Den area   The Customer Requirement  1. Streaming content ( audio) from Spotify to each zone ( rooms ) separately2. All zones combined 3. All controls (volume, source selection from control 4 touch screen ) streaming platform remain Spotify. Please help me on this with the best solution.   

Hi,I’d been using my sonos beam and two symfonisk speakers for about a year, but then went ahead and got a new router after changing ISP.For whatever reason, none of my new devices could then connect to the router. I could see them on my phone, they’d play the chime to register, but then wouldn’t connect to the router/wifi.After lots of attempts of trouble shooting, I reset all three devices (which might have been a mistake). I was still unable to set up the devices. Then reading a little more, I tried to plug in the beam directly to the router to set it up, but still no luck. my phone seems completely unable to see the beam while its connected.Anyone have any ideas whats going on, or any advice?

I have 3 Play 3’s that show up as “not connected”. One yesterday and two today at the same time. The two were playing and just dropped out. I have tried the app fix….. Unplug speaker…. WAIT ….. unplug router …. WAIT…. and nothing. Two (that I can easily get to) have no light on. I have an eero mesh network and everywhere is getting a good signal.  Any ideas????

When watching movies the voice level is really low in comparison to the music. Can this be adjusted?

I have an Arc that I am playing with a Sonos sub and would like to add a single Era 100 as a rear channel as I don’t have room for two. Will it pair? I realize that having a single rear will not give me true DOLBY atmos but I don’t have room for two rear speaking. Will the system allow me to pair a singLe rear?

I am trying to use the Sonos Port with my Autonomic multi zone amp. I know of no issues with speaker connections as the previous system worked ok. Is there any compatibility issues with mirage and Sonos?

Each time I change the channel on my TV, Beam loses connection to the remote and I can’t change the volume level. If I jump to the Netflix app and get back to TV, it works again until I change the channel. If I only use apps and jump to other apps this does not occur.Something seems to be wrong on my TV source or settings. Has anyone had this issue in the past and did you find a solution? This is truly annoying!My TV: Samsung UE65MU7000 (2017)

Play 5 gen 2 if I have a Line in plug connected to my Play 5 and my Iphone does the SONOS Play 5 still have to have wifi connection. If not can someone ecplain how you get music to play through the speaker.If it does have to have wifi whats the point in a line in??

A similar question was posted 6 years ago but I could not find anything helpful in the results…Any radio station hosted by TuneIn I have seen does not seem to display the song and artist info in the Sonos app. It shows for the same station in the TuneIn mobile app, so the actual station is sending the info in the API to TuneIn. I do not recall that this having ever worked for me. Is this a TuneIn or Sonos issue?

Changed internet to StarLink. How do I connect to S1? I have 2 new Move systems connected to S2 app. I have legacy speakers and a Conn| Amp that I want to continue to run on S1. 

I’m working on connecting two speakers in the master bath of a home I’m building (Klipsh CDT-3650-C II in-ceiling speakers, 8 ohm) to a Sonos Amp, and I’m unsure how to connect the wiring to the amp.When the wiring was put in place, both speakers were wired in mono (12 gauge CL2, in wall speaker wire). This means that I only have (1x) red lead and (1x) black lead for both speakers in my control cabinet, and I’m unsure how to wire it into the amp. Do I connect them to the L input via the banana plugs, and then select the “Dual Mono” setting in the Sonos App? Any advice would be appreciated, A/V is not my strong suit. Thank you!

I had an older S1 Sonos system in my house that I sold last October  (2022) in order to travel the world looking for cool surf spots (a geriatric Endless Summer). Now I am considering purchasing a Roam for my travels, and am wondering if there is any way I will be able to access my old playlists from the S1 home system. I still have my Sonos account and the S1 controller on my phone. Any help here will be greatly appreciated, as there were a few playlists I’d love to have back. 

The volume slider on my Android home screen won’t move when I try to drag the volume button. I can use the physical tablet buttons to adjust the volume. If I expand the station, the volume slider on that screen will drag and change the volume. This slider at the bottom of my Sonos home screen was working for years and all of a sudden it stopped working. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried with and without the “home screen volume control” on. This tablet app problem is the same for all 4 of my Sonos speakers. My phone app works fine.I am running Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e.

I have a Sonos system with numerous speakers connected through SonosNet, with one speaker connected to the router via ethernet cable and everything else connecting wirelessly.  Now, I’m trying to add two Play 1 speakers that I previously used in an old apartment.  I factory reset them and when I go to “add product” in the Sonos settings, the app detects them and allows me to begin the setup process.  However, the process does not complete and I get the following error message:‘We couldn’t find any products on your mobile device’s network so we can’t set up your Play:1.” Is this because my phone is connected to normal WiFi while my Sonos system is using SonosNet?  If so, how can I successfully add these Play 1 speakers?  At the end of the day I just want to get them added and integrated into the system, so if you have any thoughts at all I’d appreciate them.  Thanks!

Outdoor TV and two Sonos Fives.  TV and right speaker connects to wifi, left speaker will not connect to wifi, tried reset, tried ethernet, No success so far

Hi I have two use cases:   ** Listening to TV indoors - TV + Beam 2 (working).  I have an  LG Oled TV paired with my BEAM 2 for watching TV and listening to Music (Spotify from TV to beam).      **Listening to Music Multiroom - TV + Beam &  AMP + 2 external speakers (not yet working).I want to listen to music indoors on my TV+Beam (ideally, spotify) while also listening to the same music outside.  I am considering purchasing an AMP and two Sonance speakers to use for the outdoors.Are there any considerations I need to take into account here? How do I set up mirrored music play for outside? I dont want my AMP speakers to be surround sound, but I do want them to be 

I have a strange issue. My Beam very often fails to connect to Philips TV (65Pus 7601). From configuration point of view everything is correctly connected (HDMI ARC etc). This issues appears occasionally and is quite annoying. When I had previous sounded (Denon) it never happened. What I need to do is to disconnect Beam 2 from Power and connect again. Then after 15-20 seconds sound is on. Did anyone of you experienced similar problem? As I wrote this problem appears occassionally. Like every 3rd time.
