Both move’s connected to iPhone bluetooth, but only one plays. How do I stereo pair the two moves?

You can only stereo pair the Move on it’s WiFi signal only. You can of course play audio to both your Move speakers over Bluetooth, but to actually do that, you will need a BT TX device with dual Bluetooth audio-out support. You can find these BT devices on Amazon, or other similar outlets.
