Artist Radio Station from Spotify not SHOWING as an option in Sonos app all of a sudden?

We typically select music through our Sonos app, select the room we want to play, select the artist (for example George Michael) and then select George Michael radio. But the radio option isn't even showing up. Spotify is connected to the system and I can play artist albums and playlists - that one feature doesn't appear though anymore? we had work done on our smart home unit and, even though I have rebooted everything, I wonder did that impact something. how do I get Artist Radio back?

It’s likely an issue on Spotify’s servers, have you contacted them?
