My Sonos system is registered with a Play5 Gen1, Play3 and Sub-mini. The upgrade offer page shows a 15% discount available against Play3 but no discount against Play5 Gen1. Play 5 should be eligible for 30% discount. 
What do I need to do to trigger the discount offer for Play5?

It might have been already claimed? Your best bet is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. They should be able to look into the details.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.


Did you already use the discount against another product? I used credit for one of my Gen 1 Play 5’s to buy a Roam

If you contact Sonos Sales at the below link and provide them with the serial number of the Play:5 (gen1) they should be able to ;et you know if the 30% voucher has already been issued for that device.
