My sonos system cannot find the network.  I went from a wireless network to a cable network due to connectivity issues.  I added the ORBI and my sonos system cannot find the network.  I have read all the help and gone down a rabbit hole of troubleshooting, reset the system, deleted the app and reinstalled it. The app is greyed out on my name, network, and service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

 

By “cable network” do you mean that Sonos is Ethernet-wired? If so, wire Sonos to the main Orbi node. Don’t wire to your internet router.
