I have 2 tvs each with a Beam. When I say Alexa turn on tv it is turning on the wrong tv (1)..did not behave like this before. I have disconnect voice assistant on tv 1 but it still understands the on command and tv 2 does not.

Have you tried going into the Alexa app and changing the names of your TVs to something more specific?
