Hi, 

what happened to old fashioned “my library”?

Also voice control seems to ignore my voice. 

Still hear “I can't understand, please use Sonos app” :-(

SVC is working okay here, perhaps try removing/reinstalling the voice assistant and also set a default music streaming service in its settings.

My ‘Music Library’ is working just fine here aswell via the Sonos App. I have that stored on a local NAS, but I also have uploaded a copy of the library to Apples iCloud servers, so can access that via their (paid) streaming service installed in the App. Screenshots attached taken from iOS iPad S2 App.


I wonder if they meant by ‘my Library’ the ‘on this device’ functionality, which has finally been removed from Android, much as it was removed from iOS several years ago.

Not entire sure Bruce, but the screenshot is a desktop controller, so I thought the OP ‘might’ perhaps be referring to their local library on that platform🤷‍♂️…Maybe they will pop back and clarify?

Problem is that on my app there is chinese word instead of “my library” 

 


It maybe best to submit a diagnostic report @DJ1911 and post its reference back here and then chat to Sonos Customer Support Staff about the Chinese text. You can contact them via this LINK.
