My Beam used to be connected to Alexa. I am trying to restore this functionality but now neither Sonos iOS app can find my Beam. I’ve done everything to try and just get the device recognized, but no luck. Is it possible to reset my Beam back to factory settings? Or is there another solution to my problem? 

I have been a happy Era 100 user until the right channel in an Era 100 stereo pair stopped working today. It ONLY malfunctions when I group this Era pair with a stereo pair of Play:5’s playing a Line-In source. The left speaker in the Era pair continues to play without error. The Era pair CAN play from any streaming source in stereo without error. The malfunction only occurs on the Era pair when playing from a line-in source on the 5’s.i have restarted all speakers in the house, unpaired the Era stereo pair and created a new pair, factory reset the right speaker in the Era pair, and the error continues.Thoughts on what may be going on here? 

There's already a thread about Era 300 sound clicks with some references to the 100, but we need one for the 100s. My setup is two Era 100s as a stereo pair with a Sub, Trueplayed and playing FLAC files off local network NAS. When I first heard the clicks my brain tended to disbelieve them as not possible - I've never had clicks on any Sonos device (had Sonos gear since 2007) and never expected to. At first I thought my music tracks may have got corrupted so I played the track that clicked on another (non-Sonos) device - no clicks. I found the Era 300 clicks thread and was dismayed to realise I’d bought a pair of defective speakers. Something I’d never expect from Sonos. In my case the click is a soft click (not a thud or a crack or static) reminiscent of a scratch on an LP but at the same level as the music, ie not louder than the music playing and not a low-level click. It happened on Songbird by Fleetwood Mac at around 5 seconds in. Search function is not working properly. If I search for an Artist and click on an album I used to then see a list of all tracks and could then create a playlist or just play songs easily. Now it is no longer letting me see tracks within artists or albums. I assume I have missed something I need to do or some additional update as this is dreadful. I use Amazon Music as streaming service. Thanks 

I have a Sonos Ray attached to a TV. I use it as a TV soundbar, and also to stream music to over DLNA.Sometimes, when the audio from the TV stops (either through being turned off or paused for a while), the Ray starts to play music that was in the queue.I use Android (BubbleUPnP) to stream music to the Ray, but the app is closed and not running when this happens.I have turned…TV Autoplay ON Media servers OFFThe Ray is connected via WiFi.Any ideas??

I have a 2yo MOVE and using quite frequently. Starting yesterday it just blinked orange indicating low battery even though it was stationed on the base as it usually is. Tried to connect it to other plugs to see if that worked but nothing. Just kept on blinking. It seemed it reacted when I replaced it on the base as the orange light stayed on for a second before starting blinking again but today it’s completely dead and I can’t do anything. Connected it to usb charging instead but nothing. Tried to remove and hold the power button 15 sec as I saw in another thread. Nothing.  What can I do? The electricity is working in the house so it’s not that. 

My Sonos one is connected by Bluetooth and plugged in. It is connected to my phone. But when I playing music, there’s no sound from the speakers. I have tried turning it off and turning it on by pressing the manual pause button on the speaker. I can pause the music on my phone, but there is still no sound. This is the case for all three of my Sonos, one speaker what do I do to fix it?

I have 2 sets of Sonos architectural in ceiling speakers connected to 2 Sonos Amps in 2 separate rooms.  In one room I have a Sonos Arc and was able to have the ceiling speakers attached to the Amp get set up fine as surrounds.  In the other room I have an old playbar and was trying to set up the other Amp as surrounds with the playbar.  Got it setup and seemed to be working fine for a few minutes and then noticed that system said it could not fine the Amp.  Nothing in the app seemed to work to get the Amp to reconnect but playbar itself remained working.  Tried to take the Amp off as surrounds but system still would not find the Amp again.  Had to hard reset the Amp and setup Amp again as standalone speaker.  Tried second time to setup as surrounds and same result only Amp became disconnected almost immediately and had to do hard reset again.  Realize the playbar is a bit older and amp is brand new but seems others have gotten amps and playbar to work together.  Any suggestions on thi

Hi, I can only connect my Sonos five using Ethernet cable, wireless connection does not work and has not worked since I bought it. Tried to unplug and run diagnostics without success. What can I do to fix this problem?

My app won’t let me log in. All greyed out saying can’t connect to system. However, speaker is playing music (but even when it’s not), my husband has access to account and SONOS speaker and app works fine for him. In other words the speaker is connected to WiFi and can play though husband’s iPhone app. I have deleted my app and tried again but app thinks I’m trying to connect a speaker to the system. How can I log into the already existing account which we’ve used since we bought out first generation speakers? How can you troubleshoot if you can’t even log in?

I have a Samsung UE48J5200AW TV and an Apple TV 4k as the titlte, I want to create a kind of home cinema with surround sound but not too far out of budget. I would like to know if combining both the soundbar and the symfonisk speakers I could get it.

I am completely non-tech and I would like to work out the easiest way to connect a CD player to more than one Sonos speaker. Do I need an amplifier? Would a simple line-in connection be the best way? Do I need a CD player with any particular features? If anyone can offer a simple explanation I’d be very grateful.

I happen to have some Meridian DSP digital loudspeakers that use a coaxial digital input. If I can use two Ports combined as a stereo pair then I can connect these speakers accordingly and not need to wire them to each other.

Using Apple Music through the Sonos App, how can you play all songs by an artist? Not just on one album. 

For some reason every time I try to connect my new IKEA Symfonisk to my wifi network it states that “The connection to your SYMFONISK table lamp was lost move your mobile device closer and make sure that SYMFONISK table lamp is powered on.”, and once I click continue I receive a message stating that the table lamp was added and I can go to settings for further registration. Once I go to settings however, I get I message stating “Lets finish adding your SYMPONISK table lamp to your system” and once I click continue I get a message saying “Your Sonos system must be factory reset before you can register it to a new account. “ I have factory reset my device countless times along with restarting my router and I am looking for more guidance to connect my system! Thanks :)

Hi there, I have four Move speakers and I want to connect them all to the same system so I can add them in the Sonos app, but when I go to my system in the app, it only shows two. What seems to me is that two moves are in one system and the other two in another. How do I make the four moves belong to the same system. Just a note, the four moves are registered in the same email account. Thanks for your help in advance!

I cannot get my Sonos Move to turn on. When plugged into a power source the battery indicator fast flashes red then turns to a solid orange. When I try to do a factory reset of the device I get exactly the same outcome except that the indicator on the top flashes white for a few seconds and then nothing happens. My Sonos is only about 3 months old so I’m not sure what the problem is here? Any help would hugely appreciated!

Looking for recommendations for mounting 300 rears. I have an open concept living room. Wondering if anyone has experience with this and if they would even be worth it. I’ve done little map of potentials spots. Note the vaulted ceiling that also runs through the room. Red would be stand mounted behind the sofa, but would that be a problem for sound on the offset sofa? But also marked in red due to wife potentially killing me for trying to place them in that location. Green is mounted on wall about 9 feet up for left rear and right rear 9’ up above a cabinet. Any thoughts or experiences shared would be much appreciated.  thank you  

I have 2 original Sonos ones (i.e.without microphones) which I have as a stereo pair in my kitchen. For quite some time they have worked perfectly using Alexa voice commands using an Echo Dot in the same room after setting up “Kitchen” as my preferred speaker.. Suddenly the right channel stopped playing without any changes being made. When I play music using the sonos app both speakers work perfectly. I have tried:Updating the softwareDeleting and adding “kitchen” again in the Alexa AppUnplugging and restarting the speakersDisabled the Alexa skill and enabled again and rerun discoveryBut nothing has worked.I contacted Sonos support who tried the same steps as above  and then gave up saying “Please note that the two Play 1 are not Voice-capable units, therefore this setup is not supported by Sonos, and we do not have a set of steps that we can recommend, however, what I recommend doing is to check with the Sonos community pages and see if other Sonos using are using the same configurati

Hi All--Another connection issue question :) I have a Beam (Gen2) + 2 One SL’s (OSL) for my living room “theatre.” I noticed last week the OSLs were not firing while I watched Dragon Ball Z so I tried to rejoin them to the network but no luck--”Unable to join OSL to loki”. All 3 products have been on my network ‘loki’ for the past 7 months working flawlessly.I followed the instructions on factory resetting from here (Reset your Sonos product | Sonos), I saw the subsequent white/amber flashing lights that eventually turned green. iPhone identifies the charm, connects to the OSLs but will fail when joining them to loki.Went back into my WiFi AP (a Ubiquiti NanoHD) made sure loki is 2.4Ghz, no crazy filtering rules, ‘forgot’ prior OSL connections just in case there was an IP conflict or something…and nothing. I’ve tried resetting to factory defaults probably a dozen times now, alternating between unplugging power from the wall vs the unit itself, in case that made a difference, leaving th
