Quick question about adding a Beam to a secondary TV Thinking about adding a Sonos soundbar and may be sub to a 2022 LG tv. What I wonder is whether everything for TV watching, everything can be controlled from the TV remote once the IR link is working.By everything, I mean when TV is turned on using LG remote, does soundbar start working automatically and can the volume be controlled by the TV remote? Family using this set-up won’t want to use phone/Sonos App, or controls on top of soundbar. As always thanks in advance for your help.

I just purchased a pair of Era 300s to add to my Sonos collection. I can fully understand the reasoning behind the absence of sound from the front-firing speakers when part of a surround setup. What I cannot understand is why Sonos is depriving its customers of enjoying the Era 300's full capabilities when listening to music in FULL mode while still in Surround mode. The only way around this is to remove them from surrounds, lose the Trueplay setting, and use them as a pair, only to have to add them back to the surround setup and re tune Trueplay every time. It's not like they are €40 speakers. Paying a premium price for such a product should leave customers looking forward to more products rather than regretting their purchase.

Sonos Roam suddenly seems dead. Tried a reboot but light above Sonos logo does not appear. If hold back button orange light comes on for a while but then goes off. Can't do much else. Any ideas?

Context: Sonos Arc+sub+2xEra300 connected to a LG OLED C2. I want to keep my system compatible with Dolby Atmos as I paid big$ for it.Two simple use cases give no good result:It’s late, i want to use my Bluetooth headphones on my TV so that I don’t wake up everyone while playing my favorite PlayStation 5 game. We have a party, the kid wants to play Mario Kart on the TV. She wants the TV to play the audio from the game through the TV speakers while we still play our playlist during the party on the pleasantly loud Sonos Arc+sub+2xEra300And I don’t want to physically unplug the Sonos Arc each time I am in those two situation, as the cables are hidden in the wall.I sincerely believe I am not asking for something way out of the ordinary. But in both cases, the audio output of the TV switches back automatically to the Sonos Arc which is incredibly frustrating.Looking for a satisfactory workaround from the community. Plugging a “CEC Less” give no good result at this time (no more audio). I wo

Hi!Today searching for new music services in the Sonos app, I've seen 2 TuneIn services. One called TuneIn and the other TuneIn (new). Do you know which is the difference between them? I had installed the old one and continue working.

Can the Boost be used as a network extender (i.e., without an Ethernet cable plugged in)?

Listening to BBC Sounds on Sonos One SL, using Android App. The BBC Sounds website allows you to scroll through any station schedule to play past programmes. Is there a similar facility with the BBC sounds on the Sonos App? Moderator edit: removed ALL CAPS

Jeg har et ældre men velfungerende sonos system og benytter S1 appen. Her er Spotify forsvundet som musiktjeneste - nogen der kender til det problem O

I have the soundbar connected to the Arc port on my TV. I tg rued playing something using my Apple TV and PlayStation but it says it’s playing in Dolby 5.2 and not Dolby Atmos.  Any idea where the issue might be?

I have been successfully playing Spotify on my Sonos system (10+) speakers since years.Suddenly over the last days Spotify is not a service on Sonos anymore and it also does not appear as one of the many services, that one can add in Sonos. This is the same for all the devices that we use to control Sonos and Spotify, i.e. Android and Apple.I can still play other services (Tuneln, Sonos Radio) on Sonos and I can also play music from Spotify on each of my mobile devices. But I cannot send Spotify output to Sonos system.Has Spotify or Sonos discontinued the integration?Does anyone else have same experience

Boy, am I confused.  I spent some time with Support and got my Arc working with my Sony Bravia and Directv box.  Two weeks ago when I first set up the system, everything was working fine, however for some reason, it stopped.I have the Directv box connected to HDMI 1 on the tv.  I have the Arc connected to eArc on the tv.  Now, when I choose the HDMI eArc input of the tv, all I see is the Sonos screen saver.  When I switch to Input 1, then I see the picture and get audio from the Arc.  Is this the was it’s supposed to work?  Also, when I hit the off button on the Directv remote, the TV shuts down and the solid white light on the Arc stays lit, as do my 300s.  Shouldn’t the light on the Arc turn off with the tv and box?  One more thing, when I first set up the system, I recall having to have the tv input set to eArc in order to see the picture and hear the Arc.  Am I mistaken?  I’m so confused...

I have two Sonos Roam speakers can I use a wifi or bluetooth microphone and set them up as a PA for a meeting?

I have an Echo Dot in my lounge and also a Sonos Amp connected to non Sonos speakers. I also have other Sonos speakers in other rooms. If I ask my Dot to play something on the Lounge Amp it always plays to my Kitchen Play 1! I can also ask it to play on my other Sonos speakers in other rooms which it will do. However if I ask it to play on my Lounge it always plays in the kitchen! Whatever process I try, I just can’t get it to play to my Amp despite following online instructions.Help please. Thanks.

I have older Sonos speakers (play 1 and 3 as well as the play bar and the sub) that worked great.  I have just moved to a new place.  My Wi-Fi provider gave me a new router and now I can’t seem to connect any of my speakers.  I have tried a factory reset on one play 1 and the sub but that didn’t work.  I am wondering if there is an issue with the Wi-Fi b/g and whatever the latest Wi-Fi protocols are.  Would that be causing the issue?  If not what suggestions do you have?

played music yesterday - Spotify service on Sonos - now Spotify is no longer in my music service list and not selectable….! I’ve lost Spotify!!! Anyone else? Surely not just me

Hey folksfirst time poster here, so, sorry if there is already a discussion on this topic somewhere, I’ve looked around but couldn’t find one. If there is, please direct me <3 Current system: I’ve had a Port and 2x Play:1s for a while now. It is an amazing sound that fills the room and isn’t overly directional. I use it for:Music over Sonos Radio or Spotify, duh. Have a ProJect T1 turntable and Dual amp connected to the Port. Use them as Apple TV speakers via AirPlay to the Port. The choice:So, I’ve been thinking about getting a Beam 2. Visually it looks much better than the Arc as it is smaller and I don’t own a TV. But I’d also be open to an Arc if it makes more sense.First, I kinda expect points 1&2 to “just work”™ I expect to group the 3 speakers up with the Port, because those use cases are first-class citizens in the Sonos ecosystem. My concern was with number 3 - if it actually makes sense getting a Beam (or Arc) due to the fact that AirPlay probably limits the playback qu

Hi, I’ve just updated my Sonos speaker and I can no longer search for Spotify - is there an issue with Sonos?  Or Spotify? Thanks on advance

The Spotify service is no longer available in my Sonos system and I’m unable to re-add it?  Anybody else having any issues?

Though Sonos status indicates that Spotify is functioning normally, I still cannot connect to Spotify…Does anyone else have this situation?

Hi,my Sonos apps cant add Spotify service any solution?

Hello,I purchased a play 5 (gen 1) speaker from Grey bears. I don’t have an amp. The speaker has been updated and I am able to play music from the Sonos S1 app.I’d like to hook it up to my Vizio TV, if possible. I tried a a 3.5mm Adapter but no sound. Is there another option?

I want to add Spotify to my Sonos music services and for some reason it is not showing up. Also, when i use the Spotify app and choose the sonos device to play music it does not play through Sonos Move speaker but keeps playing on the phone itself. I can play on the other Sonos devices I have. I have updated the country in the app, this doesn’t seem to work either. Totally confused!

My Sirius is not playing on Sonos.Amazon Music and Tune In Radio stations are playing fine.Saved Sirius stations sping and return, “Unable to play the Radio station.”If I go to Browse=>SiriusXM=>Live and Extra Channels, it spins for a moment and returns “Unable to browse music”.This is happening on PC, Android, and iPad controllers.I first noticed it this afternoon; Sirius had been playing fine all weekend.https://status.sonos.com/ does not indicate any problems. I have gone to Settings=>Services & Voice=>SiriusXM=>Reauthorize Account and confirmed I’m signed in.
