Hi everyone,I am new in this community and i would ask you, that are more expert than me, how to create a system audio, using sonos, for a restaurant that has multiple room and external space.This is the structure:External space (200mq) ----- main hall (150mq) ---- secondary hall (50mq)I was thinking to put a Sonos Move in the external space, in the middle of the space (no cable).Two Sonos ONE SL in the main hall and a sonos one SL in the secondary hall.Between the external speaker and the main hall’s speaker will be more than 30m, same with the one in the secondary hall.I would like to play the same music in all the spaces.The audio source can be in the main hall.Can i group, using my WIFI, all the devices and play the same music? (the source can be a phone or must to be connected to spotify?)In case the WIFI is not working, can i connect the device between them using some chain link system, maybe based on bluetooth or wlan?Thanks 

my wife uses some chinese apps like netease.com which don’t appear to work with sonos. does this system only work at the app level? is there a way to send output from a pad or phone regardless of the app being used?

I saw a video where someone used a 300's in a stereo set up along side an arc system (subs and rears) and mentioned it was okay and did provide more wider channels.  Has others tried this?  Does it "work" as a work around? I assume you'll lose some precision from the arc but would you gain wider channels? 

I’ve downgraded a play base to S1 but when I try to add the product in the S1 app the app just keep asking to update which then reloads the S2 app? How do I stop this to add the play base to my S1 system? Thx

I use MyTuner, RadioPlayer and TuneIn to stream radio stations. Stations often remove themselves from some or all of these services. After many Google searches I cannot find anyone else who does what these 3 do. Is there a way of finding other radio station streaming services such as these?

I recently bought a used Connect:Amp with the sole intention to get a 30% discount on a new product. I bought it from a friend who has not used the trade up scheme. I have connected the device to the Sonos S1 app and it appears under “System” on my Sonos account online. However, it does not appear under “Upgrade”. It has been three hours now and it still does not appear. Can you guys help me out? I am completely new in the Sonos world.

Hi,  I am subscribed to Spotify, BBC sounds and Amazon music. I have previously been connected on Sonos with them, however Sonos told me they were no longer connected and wil not reconnect with anything. It will go through the process of authorisation, I'll get a positive answer from the host company, but on returning to the Sonos app, it tells me that there was an error connection. Images below of the two replies. How do I connect the above services?  

Hey guys, I've got a problem.Sonos playbar with 2 Sonos SL. Worked beautifully without problems for 2 months.Now, it only plays TV if I power cycle it. It still plays music from internet, I can access it fully, I can change the input to TV, but there is no sounds from TV. After power cycle back to full functionality. But after every time I switch off the TV I have to restart the sound system. Wtf? :)

Hitwo x Fives Gen 2 been working without problem for a year.  Can’t get them to reconnect to home network.  I have reset to factory settings but setup cannot find them on the network now.  advice appreciated 

Hello all, I have long struggled with an issue where Sonos PC app will not correctly ingest my playlists.  I use iTunes to manage my playlists.  I have my iTunes xml file stored in the drive where my music library sits.  Every time the Sonos PC controller indexes the iTunes xml file, it skips a big chunk of my playlists, and I can’t figure out what the logic is on the playlists skipped.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how to force the Sonos controller to import ALL of the playlists from iTunes (around 50 to 60)?   Thanks.

I have a Sonos legacy system without any airplay devices. I want to add an airplay gateway device but I don’t want any speaker connected to it - I just want to be able to group it with my existing devices. Is this possible? What is the least expensive way to do it?

I’m having problems with signing in to Sonos on my iPhone app. I get a message ‘Let’s try that again something went wrong. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet and try again’My device is clearly connected to the internet since a) the app can both see and control my sonos system e.g. by starting and stopping music playing and b) the device happily browses the web, receives email etc.further more Sonos controllers on my other devices (iPad, Mac, and an alternative iPhone) all run successfully and can log on to my Sonos account.I have tried removing the app for the iPhone and reinstalling it, and restarting my Wi-Fi without any success.  any suggestions as to what the problem may be and how to fix it would be welcomed.

Is it possible from a software's perspective to provide an update to enable Wifi and Bluetooth Mode at the same time ? When on Bluetooth i feel the assistance feature is useless. Or atleast possible to keep the Assistance Enabled irrespective of the Mode ? Or its a hardware limitation on Move ?

Hi guys,I wasn’t sure how to categorize this but no matter what i type in the Edit Address in the Profile section, after it’s “saved successfully”, it keeps reverting to Ashburn, United States with a postal code 20149 and leaving rest of the fields blank.I wiped out all cookies, browsing history, etc. but nothing helps. Same happens when trying to edit my address via phone’s browser. I use “Brave” browser on both.Does anybody have any advice on this? :/

I cant find my sonos one system on sonos app however its showing on Spotify app? That I don’t understand 

Recently added to Era 100 to my system.  Since doing that I have had playback issues with my entire system.  Songs skip and more annoying failure to play the entire playlist.  Often recycles a few songs.  Any thoughts?

Trying to connect a Sonos One to a TalkTalk wireless network - it won’t connect and shows up as incompatible in the app - any suggestions ? 

While you can still add custom URL radio stations using the usual desktop method, there is now no “My Radio Stations” under the NEW TuneIn, so any you add don’t seem accessible anymore. Am I missing something?

Hello!We bought from you two Sonos Move boxes. We tried to set up one of them and the process was pretty straightforward and we are able to configure and control it from Android and Windows through your applications and our WiFi LAN. We played some music from Spotify to test the product.Our problem is as follows:We have a hall (a church but it doesn’t matter in our discussion) in which we have microphones tied to a Windows laptop. We receive the sound in this laptop and we can hear it in a sound processing program (Audacity - for conformity).How can we send this sound in Sonos boxes? (We are not interested in playing internet sound streaming through them - just the sound from our local hall - the church).We want a local soulution through our LAN.Please advise.Thanks in advance for your cooperation! 

Sonos Roam needed an update but the iPhone App was returning an 1101 error - tried various suggestions per the articles but no luck. Speaker was working fine from the iPhone over bluetooth. However, I went into the iPad Sonos app and the update process worked fine and now the speaker is working again from both iPhone and iPad.Having thought about the differences beyond the iPhone app vs. iPad app - and I wish I had tested this first - is my iPhone is locked into a corporate VPN that is part of the policy protection mandated by the company I work for. My iPad is a personal device and does not have VPN by default. Anyone else seen similar? Might also be worth checking for others with the 1101 error that isn’t resolving otherwise.

Hello, I will try to expose my problem, I have a router asus RT ax88u Pro with beta firmware that allows to create a pro guest network (see screenshot) .I have a sonos beam (gen 2) and 2 sonos one in surround . And when I activate the guest network (VLAN) the Sonos One in surround does not reconnect to the wifi network and no longer works and when I disable this guest network all work again. On the other hand the sonos beam works in my 2 cases. I also have a Sonos Play 3 in another room that also works when the guest network is enabled.I am French so sorry for this translation. 

I just installed a Google Nest Wifi.  I was able to connect my Beam and my Sub on wifi while on 2.4GZ and can connect to my Roam via Bluetooth.  I am having problems connecting my Move to the network despite the many attempts to factory reboot the Move.  I’ve rebooted my wifi router, updated my Sonos App on my iPhone and my Move is sitting 1 meter away from the router and my phone is right beside the Move.  The Move is showing a constant whtie light and now I can only turn it off and on and can’t even connect via Bluetooth, likely due to the numerous attempts to factory reboot the device.  As one else been able to connect their Move to a Googe Nest Wifi router?  I’ve read and tried all the suggested fixes to no avail.  Please help.

Hello.  I am a very happy user of Logitech Media Server and now have Control4.  Unfortunately, there is no LMS api for Control4.  Does anyone know of a way that the Sonos App can access my Logitech Media Servier? (I am not asking if LMS can control sonos end points -- it does via the UPNP plugins but I don’t have any Sonos end points.)  Thanks much…   darien

I have been using a Sonos Amp hardwired to several speakers in our backyard for the past year. I generally use the Amazon Alexa App on my phone to play music on the Sonos Amp. The music information (Artist/ Song) has always shown up on the Sonos App when I’ve started playing music through Amazon Alexa. I’ve also had the ability to skip songs to the next song with the new Artist/ Song information Displaying in the Sonos App.Starting yesterday, when I start playing music from Amazon Alexa to the Sonos Amp the initial Artist/ Song info displays in the Sonos Amp, but if I skip to another song or the initial song is done playing the Artist/ Song info stops displaying in the Sonos App and I am unable to skip songs in the Sonos App. All that displays in the Sonos App is “Amazon Alexa.” I have no idea what has changed to cause this and any help to get it back to how it was a couple days ago would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time, I really appreciate it. 

Hi, I frequently listen to ambient/ chill out on Apple Music via AirPlay using private listening mode ( as don’t want those playlists to influence recommendations)  Would this be possible using Sonos app?I’m sure I’m not the only person who would like this feature, would be great to take advantage of atmos/ spatial instead of airplay
