My tv remote is adjusting the Arc volume just fine. Arc "Set Up TV Remote" Step thus fails because sonos can't tell the remote is working. Sonos states it didn't notice a signal from the remote. This even though the light on the arc is winking as I select volume up. What gives? How do I complete this set up? Do I need to complete this srt up?

If your TV remote is adjusting the volume on the Arc, don’t worry about completing the TV remote setup.
