Hi, I’ve just updated my Sonos speaker and I can no longer search for Spotify - is there an issue with Sonos?  Or Spotify?

There does appear to be an issue, Sonos has not yet updated status.Sonos.com, but there are already many threads. 


And, Sonos updated as I was replying.

As Bruce suggested, there was a service outage with Spotify. An update was posted on the status page but this has since been resolved.

If you’re still unable to use or see Spotify in the Sonos app then please do the following in this order:

  1. Reboot your Router.
  2. Reboot your Sonos speakers.
  3. Reboot your controller.
  4. Remove and re-add Spotify in Music Services.
