played music yesterday - Spotify service on Sonos - now Spotify is no longer in my music service list and not selectable….! I’ve lost Spotify!!! Anyone else? Surely not just me

Spoken to a specialist at Sonos…. The programmers are aware of this issue that is affecting many customers and looking to resolve very soon - they are in contact with Spotify.
I’ve got a bad feeling about this… To remove the service and then remove the brand from the service list… that’s intentional….
Looking at the forums, it’s not the first time but https://status.sonos.com/ is showing no issues… I have a bad feeling too.

Still off for me. Scary.
If you’re still having issues, try removing it from your controller, the adding it back. This should force a re-authorization with the Spotify servers. If, however, this doesn’t fixe it, and you’ve tried a reboot of both your speakers and router, than you should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Same issue with me. Used it yesterday and today can no longer play music on my speakers since it’s the only streaming service I use and ofcourse no Bluetooth support for the previous generation unlike every other modern speaker that exists…

There was a temporary service outage with Spotify that prevented users from streaming Spotify on Sonos, either from the Sonos app or with Spotify Connect.
This has since been resolved, however, if you’re still unable to use or see Spotify in the Sonos app then please do the following in this order:
- Reboot your Router.
- Reboot your Sonos speakers.
- Reboot your controller.
- Remove and re-add Spotify in Music Services.
If you’ve followed these steps and you’re still having issues, then please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
