Hi,my Sonos apps cant add Spotify service any solution?

“We've identified a problem with Spotify on Sonos and are working with them on a fix. You may not be able to browse Spotify menus in the Sonos app or add the service until it’s resolved.”

I still cannot find Spotify

Still no connection to Spotify service, seems very strange that Sonos is not working harder to rectify a known issue with one of the largest streaming services and that Sonos are not working to keep users up to date on the problem or a timescale on it’s resolution.

Pretty poor Sonos 😭😡

Same here.  The Spotify services on Sonos just disappear.   I cannot access it on my Mac.  On my iPhone etc.  Was working well 2 days ago.
now nothing.
thanks for getting back to us quickly Sonos

You are aware that Sonos merely points to Spotify’s servers, right? At most, Sonos might store an auth token, beyond that, actual authorization and streamed content comes straight from Spotify.

Thanks

I don’t see any comment there.

Because the issue has been resolved. It will only appear while there is an issue, once they resolve it, they remove their post.

Hmmm….still not resolved for me.

Try a couple of things. First, reboot your router.   Next , reboot your speakers. Then try removing Spotify from your controller, and then add it back in.

Finally, if none of those work, submit a system diagnostic and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
